I renew my insurance for six months and I request change one of the drivers, the renewal for the car insurance was ******* dollars ,they do another two charges two my credit card; one for ****** for a house insurance I didn't buy, and they did not mention another charge for 60 dollars. I called to ask why the charges were made and why they did not change the driver, and they said they forgot, and I had to pay ****** more just to change the name of the driver, which I had mentioned to them at the start of the renewal. I just received another bill in the mail for ****** from yet another insurance that I did not ask for. I called to speak with a manager and the person that selled me the insurance assured me that she was the manager, I feel like they took advantage and I feel like it is a fraud for charging me these amounts for the types of insurance that I did not request, and I have proof of of me sending the necessary photos of the new person that I wanted to change from the insurance. I hope you can help me because everytime I try to talk with them they raise the prices. I sent the drivers license photo by text on June 21 where they asked me to send for changing the driver from the insurance. I don't speak English my daughter helped me fill this out the forms I filled out I did not read the forms because I do not speak English well and I don't want them to take advantage of people like me that don't know English well.
