In July of 2021 Greenview Lawn provided a service of planting bushes and shrubs from their chosen vendor. Several of the provided plants withered and died within a 3 - 4 week period. In September of 2021 Greenview Lawn came out a did an assessment and agreed to replace the plants. Since that visit, they have been non-responsive and has avoided all phones.Business response

This was a miscommunication. The estimator had tried to reach out to the client and had left voicemails for him. The owner spoke to the client on Monday, November 1, 2021 via phone. The owner and the estimator went back to the property on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 and rechecked the dead plants. They were unable to do the warranty repair on Wednesday, November 4, 2021 because of the rain. The warranty repair was done on Thursday, November 4, 2021. The warranty repair replaced the dead plants and had no extra charge.
