From the beginning I was made to feel like my small job was unimportant. The communication was minimal. I requested to add the backyard to my service quote. Ill share a photo of that quote. It looked like the weed barrier would be included, as I wanted that, for both front and back yards. I was never told when the work was scheduled; the team just showed up one morning. The weed barrier was not installed in the front yard. Upon my complaint, another team just showed up a few days later and put the weed barrier in the front yard. When I inquired about the back yard the only response I got was Front yard only. Now I see that the workers were careless with the Round-Up application. The front bed and around the tree were over sprayed. And there are 2 perfectly round, dead spots in the grass where the container was set down and leaked. I would really like the grass fixed, at least in the dead circles. I have no hope of this happening however, bc Ive already paid the invoice.I also filled out the post work survey, and received zero follow-up.
