    Warning Warning: I have been a satisfied customer for several years but something has changed. At least twice this winter they treated my yard for preemergent weeds. Several weeks ago I noticed weeds growing so I called for their guarantee and talked to ******* who moved up my next appointment for other lawn services instead. The tech came and did nothing for the weeds but charged me several hundred dollars for other services. I complained about the weeds and he told me it would take two weeks for results. Results are crabgrass and nut grass all over my ******************. Attempted tech a second time but he never called back. Called office to complain and ******* argued with me and finally offered to schedule a supervisor visit. I told her I would be here the next day and was told that wasnt how it worked for them. I canceled my service. I paid nearly 900 in the past six months, Thousands over the past few years

    We had to cancel our service with the because they werent being honest. I then left this review and they blocked me on ******** so their customers wouldnt see it. Dishonest company! Review- Twice purple care has sent emails saying the outside spraying was completed, however, Im home in the summer and we have cameras around the outside of our house and found twice they said they came and never showed. Cancelled today. They were able to send us pictures of the front of our house from the street but the person never got out to spray. Not going to pay when you dont provide the service. ??

Our technicians consistently uphold high standards of professionalism and honesty in their work. Additionally, we provided photos of the front and back of the property where we treated. This incident is a first for us, as we are known for our thoroughness and commitment to providing high-quality care.
    We maintain a professional stance and do not harbor any ill feelings towards your comments about our manager, which were shared across multiple platforms. We value constructive feedback and continuously strive to improve our service.

Upon investigating the situation, we have taken immediate action and terminated the employee responsible for these discrepancies. This behavior does not align with our company values or our commitment to delivering reliable and transparent service.


    Please know that we take your feedback seriously and are committed to rectifying this issue. Ensuring our customers receive the quality service they expect and deserve is our top priority. We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
    Moving forward, we are reviewing our processes to prevent any similar incidents from occurring in the future. Your trust means everything to us, and we are committed to earning it back. We are refunding the two treatments.
