Yesterday morning 5/28/24, a storm rolled through and knocked a tree down in my side yard. It was also blocking the street and keeping cars from going in and out. I sent a photo of it to my father asking him to cut it down and remove it out of the street. Later on, ************************* walks up to our front door and tells my husband he can cut it down for $300, cash or cash app. My husband didn't have $300 on hand, and we don't have cash app. My husband told him that he was getting ready for work and can't leave to go get cash. ***** left his card with my husband and left. He was already working on a different job around the corner. Shortly after, my dad shows up with coworkers to take care of the tree. ***** walks up to my dad asking what he was doing in an unprofessional way. My husband walked out telling him this is my father-in-law, my wife called him to help. ***** kept mouthing off, even while my 5-year-old daughter was outside watching. My husband kept telling ***** to leave and he wouldn't. He then proceeded to take photos of my dad's work truck and of him. He finally walks away. When I finally get home from a graduation, I noticed he was still working at the other house. I drove over there, walked up, stayed on the sidewalk a good distance away from him asking if he was the man at the corner house. He said yes, I asked him to delete the photos of my dad, told him had no business causing a scene at my house, in front of my 5-year-old daughter, take photos of my dad or be rude to him when I asked him to do this for me. He said he takes photos of rude people, but he wasn't going to do anything with them. He called my dad's employer trying to get him fired! This man is nice to people that he wants business from. He was nice to my husband in the beginning, he wasn't nice to my dad who I asked to take care of something for me and was extremely unprofessional in front of my 5-yeard-old.
