********************* Fort Worth Synthetic Turf Fwturf.com ************ Structure Agreement: Jul 7, 2023 Total job Cost: $**** Deposit: $**** Proposed Start date: July 31 (3weeks)July 7, 2023 ********************* entered into a contract with Fort Worth Synthetic Turf for a structure build job. The *** and agreed price was $ ****, with a deposit of $ ****. Deposit was paid on July 7, 2023 for materials. Start date for the job was July 31, for materials and permit approval. July 31, **** contacted **** from FWTurf. **** requested more time due to workload, attending a Home Garden show, and has not received the permit yet.Several outbound contacts to **** were made, and communications inbound was extremely limited. September 6, **** stated that the city would need the plans to change in order for the permit to approved. I agreed to the plans change and requested a date for the job. September 13, **** called **** and requested that the contract/agreement be cancelled, and deposit refunded. This was due to the lack of communications and Matts inability to adhere to dates. Oct 1, **** called, texted, emails, FB messaged & submitted a BBB inquiry message asking for status. October 4th, **** called stating that they were working on the refund. From Oct 4th to Dec 5th numerous outbound calls were made to **** asking for status. Oct 24th, **** emails stating that the refund should arrive soon, stating that financial pressures are the reason for his inability to refund. Several inquiries have been made since Oct 24th, with no reply. **** stated that he is still working on other jobs and looking for other venues to collect funds for the repayment. Ive adhered to all the Acceptance/Delay/Unknown Conditions of the contract and I have recorded all outbound/inbound contact.
