I pay this company every week for their services. They are not upholding their end of their contract. They are suppose to drop off and pick up uniforms every Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and all they do is pick up dirty uniforms but do not drop anything off. Instead, this company actually waits until the day which is Thursday to drop off clean uniforms then charge me a " special delivery fee of $35" for dropping off on a Thursday. This is not my fault. The driver did not bring or leave clean uniforms as they are scheduled to so They are charging me for no reason. If I refuse to pay the fee that I should not be charged, they will not drop off uniforms. There is a contract in place but they are and have not been doing what is stated on their contract. All they are doing is finding ways to charge companies extra fees for no reason. We pay for a service on a weekly basis and yet , our techs are still having to wash their own uniforms and we still have to pay for service even though they are not doing what this company promised. I need credit for all the weeks that we had to wash our own uniforms along with the " special fee" I was charged for no reason
