      Hello, I have had my car loan with innovative for almost 3 years now. I have made my payments monthly but it has never hit my credit. I have tried to turn my car in but there has always been many problems. The main one is the car title is not in my name what so ever. Theres no car payment on my credit. I have made it where Im not upside down on my car loan anymore and a car dealership is still not able to turn my car in because they have no idea where the title would go. I just made a huge principal payment on my car and now Im seeing many people say they have never got there car titles which makes me nervous to pay my car completely off and waste all of that money just to have no way to still be able to turn it in. It seems like a scam. Wont hit my credit unless a missed payment but will never positively impact me and no way to get rid of the car unless I pay it fully off and have the title. Really not sure what to do, I dont want to waste all my money paying it off just to have to turn it in. Im not sure why I cant turn it in without getting my balance on innovative loan to 0$. How will I be able to turn in this car without having to pay the whole loan off.

      This business brought my loan the day I tried to settle it. My car was impounded when I had went to jail and when I got out it was too high. I've been trying to get the vehicle but I keep calling and they're beating around the **** with me. They're hanging up the phone. They're saying they dont have my account number but I call again and they have my account number. They said they will reach back out to me to assist and I never heard back. I feel like they're trying not to settle the account and instead trying to avoid me and tell me what steps I have to take for the vehicle.

      *** requested my billing statements to be emailed again as their company turned it off. Their billing page also does not show balances making it impossible to view how much is owed. Ive tried calling and emailing since July 2024 and still no help from the company.

      Company has horrible customer service, I cant get them to report to credit bureaus, and I cant get them to apply additional payments to loan principal instead of prepaying interest on upcoming payments. Every time I call, the **** tell me that theyre escalating the matter and that a supervisor will be calling me but that has never happened and Ive called about 19 times so far. To be clear, the customer service **** have always been great to deal with but as a whole Innovate Auto is horrible

      this company has not sent my info to the credit agencies and it has been 3 years. their customer service is terrible. big mistake refinancing with them.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Missing Credit Reporting for Innovative Auto Finance Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against Innovative Auto Finance regarding their failure to report my auto loan payments to the credit bureaus.I took out an auto loan through Innovative Auto Finance in 2021. Since then, I have made all of my payments on time. Despite this, my credit reports do not reflect any activity from this loan.I have contacted Innovative Auto Finance multiple times regarding this issue. They have consistently assured me that the reporting would be updated within a few months, but this has not *********** a responsible borrower, I believe it is important that my positive payment history is accurately reflected on my credit report. I deserve to demonstrate to other creditors that I am a reliable borrower.I am requesting that Innovative Auto Finance immediately update my credit reports to accurately reflect my on-time payments for this auto loan.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,**** ******** ************

      I called in to get a pay off on my car and they gave me the ant to pay off my step dad sends in the check and we are getting the run around like they never got the check my dad is up in age legs hurt he lost the receipt but going to the bank soon to see if the check was cashed I called for days now and they do not have the check so I get a letter in the mail that they would take down my percentage rate 6 percent not 9 percent I called back and said no I want to pay it off and I want my title the girl yelled at me and hung up now I found this company on line INNOVATE I WANTED a cheaper payment so they payed off my car and Ive been making payment but now I just want to pay it off this sounds like scammers and my name is not even listed on the car to track my name it was not calculating so Im afraid something is not right I need help

      I paid my vehicle off in full December of 2023. Innovate Loan Servicing continued to pull monthly payments out of my account for 3 months. I have been trying to get the amount of ****** reimbursed since March of 2024. I've been given the run around since and have had no resolution. I'm trying to get reimbursed what is owed.

      After refinancing my car I got my loan through this horrid company. They do not send out billing statements which I have asked for several times. I would like to know my current balance and my payments made. My car was totaled out in July of 2024 by hail. My insurance company paid ******* dollars and also on August 6th they were paid ******. From canceling my extended warranty and another payment will be going to them for cancelation of my cap insurance. They are saying my payment is late and I owe 800 dollars. This is interesting. I have emailed and called atleast six times in the last week but no one is available to talk to me in the insurance department even if there is one who knows. All these payments have been going to my account how can it be late? Worst company I have done business with. Stay away.

      My loan was sold to Innovate several years ago & my payments have been setup for autopay since the beginning. I've never had any issues until last month. I got several phone calls from Innovate but no one left a message & I was always in meetings so had no idea why they were calling. About 2 weeks later, they called again & I was free to answer only to find out my account was 20 days past due! The *** couldn't tell me if the auto pay attempted & failed or my bank rejected it, he also said they should have left messages (clearly if I knew there was a problem, I would have called back!). I made the payment the next day, thinking it was a fluke. Yesterday, received another call that my autopay didn't go through again! This *** tells me that their 3rd party payment company, Paymentus, is having ***************** are working very sporadically (with no eta on when it'll be fixed!). I make the payment & ask about late fees because this is NOT my fault that their process is broken! She tells me I'd have to talk to a supervisor, she can't waive the fee or reduce the 'processing charge' for making the payment over the phone. Again, I can't get into my account, she can't help with that either, just tells me I'll have to call Paymentus (why would I call their 3rd party billing company, my account is with **********************!) but doesn't provide any contact info. Still waiting on a call from the ***************** submitted multiple login help requests, no response to that either! Totally unacceptable!
