I went into the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center on June 1 of 2020. I had an appointment for Botox and filler for my lips. Once I arrived, they sold me a face re surfacing procedure for $2482.12 in which I'd have to schedule out a minimum of 30 days. It requires 2 visits for the Botox and filler and I paid for them in full, in cash. That amount was $818.00. After leaving that evening, I called **** and left a voicemail cancelling. I also called them the next morning at 8AM and spoke with ******** to cancel but was told that it had to be done by corporate. I continued calling and checking to make sure it was cancelled every few days. At my second and last appointment, which was for the rest of the filler and Botox, I once again inquired about them cancelling the unwanted procedure for $2482.14. She said they were working on it. I advised them then if it was not canceled but the time my **** arrived, I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company. When my **** arrived, the charge was on there. I began to dispute it with my credit card company and have done so 4 or 5 times now. The problem is that since I did have a couple of things done, even though I paid in full, in cash, they are making it appear that I had the procedure done and owe for it by combining everything onto one receipt. It shows not only services rendered but also the facial re surfacing that I didn't have done. For one thing, I couldnt have had it done for at least a month after my Botox, per *** regulations but unfortunately the fraudulent paperwork they submitted to Care Credit was not looked at closely enough and they failed to ask the pertinent questions.. I spoke with the regional manager at ****, ****, and she asked me if the location was the issue and would I be more comfortable at another location... proving that they know that I didn't have the procedure done. They are fraudulently misrepresenting what they did for me with Care Credit and now I'm paying for something I never got
