More damaged occurred when the roof was not done properly and was not sealed properly in multiple areas. There is damaged drywall and painting that needs to be done, and possible mold that has formed from the neglect of resolving issue. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem:The business has made false promises of getting the repairs done. -The business states that they will call a contractor to pay and schedule the work to be done, but I make a follow up call days later to see if the payment has been received or if a call has been made and the business has not done so. I have given the business over a month's time and opportunities to find someone to perform the work but I have had to find someone myslef and they still will not pay for the work to get done after providing a written and verbal agreement that they will pay for the person I found to fix the damages. - The conrete that they installed has a large crack -They did not install trim or cut holes for dryer exhaust
