*****************, the picture you are painting here is simply untrue. All of our calls are on recorded lines. We have listened to the booking calls and have irrefutable proof that what your claiming here is false. Stating that we "took your money THEN decided to inform you of the time minimum" would indicate some sort of bait and switch tactic was employed, so let's clear up the chronology and stick to facts. We are transparent with our pricing. The hourly rate was stated, you agreed. Our 3 hour minimum policy was explained to you in detail prior to the booking fee ever being mentioned, you agreed. It was clearly stated that the booking fee was non-refundable; only transferable in the event of a rescheduling with 48+ hours notice. All these details were clearly discussed, nothing hidden, no shady tactics employed.
We would be happy to provide you with the audio file recordings of the calls.
