Worst experience ever. They sold me a lemon that spent more time in the shop than at our home. After two years and over a dozen visits to the service center, some misogyny from a service tech, some unresolved service issues, and a 3 month stay at the shop, we dumped the lemon. Now they will not refund us for the cancelled extended warranty (the car was only 2 years old and they owe us over $1245.32) ***** provides excuse after excuse. They have cost us enough money, time and aggravation. I want the refund on the unused portion of my extended warranty.

On 3/26/24, I went to ********* store #****** to get my state inspection. I failed the inspection at that time ultimately because the evaporative emission control system (****) was faulting. At that time the ********* tech told me he nor his vendors had the defective part and advised me to go to my Volvo dealership. No services were rendered to my vehicle at that time besides a diagnostic check. I made an appointment that same day, 3/26/24, to get my car serviced by Volvo on *******************, Fort Worth, ** ***** and detailed what had happened at *********. They completely dismissed me and *********** diagnostic check, and technician, citing they would need to perform their own diagnostics. They released the car back to me after charging me for a second diagnostic check and replacing the car's filler neck. They to this day have never provided the defective part. After driving the recommended 50 miles, my car faulted again and I had to return to the same Volvo dealership to have my car serviced again. They maintained that the **** pipe (the true problem all along) was replaced elsewhere and was not calibrated correctly. My car has not been serviced since its annual maintenance at this very Volvo dealership in 2023 and I explained to the dealership that the check engine light has remained on within days of my car getting its annual maintenance. When the car was released to me for the second time, they said there was no problem with the **** part, and placed blame on *********, which, again, did not render any services beyond a diagnostic check. Finally, the Volvo dealership unduly charged me for performing a state inspection, despite my lack of approval to render this service. I explained that ********* would re-inspect my car free of charge and that I would not be paying a second state inspection fee through Volvo. Aside from the gross fraudulence done by this Volvo dealership, my concerns were completely dismissed and there was complete lack of communication.

After looking into the clients concerns and chain of events. It appears there is some confusion and misunderstanding, to what ********* has done and the work we performed on the client's vehicle. Autobahn Volvo has reimbursed the client the full amount of $498.22 on 04-15-2024 for client satisfaction.

      Thank You,

For the last five years, I have been harassed by calls and text messages from a dealership in *****. I have never been there and I don't own a *********** I have contacted them and asked them to remove my number, each time to be met with the excuse, "We have a new system and are learning it." Let me reiterate, this has gone for five years and I'm tired of the harassment. They have not removed my number at all and continue to send me texts with personal information (not mine) and links to vehicles in the service department (that I don't own) and call, text, and leave voicemails expecting me to call back. I don't own the vehicle, and telling them they are reaching a wrong number does not register for them. I have also expressed that I've owned this number for the last 20 years, so if someone is giving them this number, they have no excuse for claiming it as their own. However, the same customer seems to be tied to this number: ***********************. She doesn't own this number and the dealership has further ignored these facts.

I am rejecting this response because it does not offer any new resolution to the issue. The same response (the information has been deleted) has been provided to me previously and has obviously failed to address the issue. My number is my personally identifiable information and I do not give you permission to use it. It is not to be accepted or used by your organization, and I would like a signed statement indicating as such. For supporting evidence, I have attached a screenshot of the messages I received today (including past ones), even after the initial claim that my information had been deleted. Many times I have tried to stop the noise by clicking the "update your preferences" link, only to be ignored as I still receive texts and calls.

Thank you for your assistance with this matter. When can I expect to receive the signed statement or other official confirmation that my information will never be accepted, processed, utilized, or stored by your organization? On May 11, 2022 I wanted to have my new 2017 Jaguar F-Pace S go through a Multi Point Inspection to make sure I got a good deal on my recent purchase. Autobahn reported the car was in very good condition but the rear brakes were in need of repair by putting Yellow on the report. After leaving I noticed a clicking sound when I would be turning right but did not notice the clicking sound when turning left or driving straight. The sound became more apparent so I called Autobahn to schedule an appointment. They scheduled it for 6/9/22 but I could not wait that long so I went to Park Place Jaguar who was able to get the car in on 6/1/22. Park Place found out the clicking sound was due to left front wheel not being put back on correctly which if I had not got resolved could have led to injury/death or car totaled. Autobahn is responsible for not putting the left front wheel back on after their Multi point inspection and were the only ones that could have done this. Also Autobahn put on the Multi point inspection that my rear brakes were not good ******** Place found out it was not the rear brakes but instead it was the front brakes. This is just another example of Autobahn Jaguar lack of detail to my vehicle during the Multi Point Inspection.

      Complaint: 17318243

I am rejecting this response because: They know their technician did this but do not want to accept that they put my life in danger due to their negligence During a multi point does the technician normally identify the wrong brakes needing repair. I guess that does not happen during a muti point inspection also. Proof is in the documents

it is possible that they did get the front and rear confused, we still did not remove the wheels

      Customer response

      Complaint: 17318243

I am rejecting this response because: Obviously Autobahn is not going to investigate or take ownership for their negligence. You don't have to remove the wheel to loosen it. Someone more than likely was trying to remove the wheel and someone said you can't do that but forgot to tighten it back. Park Place said someone did not tighten it and that is what was causing the noise. I don't take off wheels and vehicle is always in garage and the only other department that had access to my vehicle was Autobahn Jaguar. The noise was not there prior to taking it to them. Confusing which brakes were bad is not typical of a top notch ****************** which also could have resulted in paying for something that was not defective. How quickly they continue to respond to the complaint is an indicator that they have not done any research with the service department to identify which mechanic was at fault.

I receive this mail from Autobahn Motorcar Group of Fort Worth, ***** at least once every month or two for the last year regarding special deals from their ********** dealership. The mailer attached to this complaint shows my name and address individually printed and specific to me. However, this is my wife's car, it's registered under her name, the car's title is in her name, and we live in *******. We have never been to this dealership before for service, parts, sales, anything. At one point, the car was registered in my name when we lived in ***** for a year, but again, the car never saw this dealership for any service and we never contacted this dealership for anything. I've tried calling several sales and marketing managers at this dealership before and they state that they have no record of my wife's ********** ever having an account or even being sold there originally before we purchased the car in ****** back in 2019. I'm respectfully requesting that this dealership immediately ceases any and all forms of communication with my wife and I. We live thousands of miles away and have no desire to communicate or conduct business with this dealership. We believe that our personal information was wrongfully sold/ purchased by this dealership and we automatically popped onto their contact list. Again, I respectfully request that any and all communications from this dealership cease and that all of our personal information (for both my wife and I) as well a** all information regarding my wife's vehicle be deleted from their databases. My wife loves her car that she purchased in ******, the car is legally registered and owned under her name, and this vehicle has never seen Autobahn Motorcar Group **********. We also respectfully request that any and all personal information as well as the details of this complaint be kept private and not available for public viewing. All we want is resolution through BBB to make this spam communication stop. Thank you.

We do not have this car or that customer is our database. Im not sure how he is receiving these mailers, but I can assure you that they are not from us. If he could provide the mailer, maybe I could go back to the marketing company and see why they are sending these mailers?

      Complaint: 16971985

I am rejecting this response because:

I have already been in contact with Autobahn Motorcar Group (including the ********** dealership specifically) and I received the same response. However, this does not resolve the issue and it continues to get pushed aside without resolution. The mailer you requested was attached to the original BBB complain filed on April 1st, however, I have attached it once more for your viewing.

The only possible connection that *** have caused this unwanted/ unauthorized marketing solicitation was when my wife had her car repaired at Caliber Collision in May of 2021, which apparently ordered parts from your dealership for the repairs. However, Caliber Collision also does not have a record of any marketing solicitation or open work orders for my wife's ********** from Autobahn nor Caliber Collision.

Whether this requires continued digging into the Autobahn Motorcar Group network (marketing, sales, parts, maintenance, customer relations) or contacting Caliber Collision, I would like this issue resolved instead of continuing to push aside our requests to cease this unwanted solicitation. If there's a possible "do not solicite" option that permanently removes us from any and all marketing, as well as removes our private/ personal contact information, that could be an option as well. We never gave authorization for this solicitation, for the use of our personal information, and we live thousands of miles away. We request for this to stop and we are concerned that our private contact information was wrongfully bought/ sold from Autobahn Motorcar Group without our consent.
