On April 3, 2024, I took my Jeep Wrangler to get an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my vehicle a few hours later. As I drove out of the dealership, I noticed something weird, as soon as I completed to the turned around, and just about to get onto the highway, I felt and heard a huge explosion (noise) and my rear left tire flying off my vehicle. My partner was in front of me in a different vehicle with our son, he rushed to my aid. My partner loads the flying tire onto his truck and tells me to drive his truck back to the dealership and ask them to send a tow truck. I went to the dealership and explained what happened and the service advisor ****** said they couldn't call a tow truck because it was after hours. I was in shock; my vehicle was in the middle of the road without a wheel/tire and I was supposed to leave it behind?My partner called a friend that owns a roadside assistance business who happened to be in the area, and he helped my partner install the spare tire on to drive the vehicle back to the dealership.Next day, we got a call about the proposed repairs and it was quite frankly a joke.I called Auto Nation's corporate's office and a couple of hours later, I got a call from a very angry general manager, as if I were at fault that their service technician failed to install the lug nuts on my rear left wheel. He was the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with, he didn't call me to follow up on me and apologize about the situation, he took no ownership of the situation. I understand mistakes happen, and while nothing happened to me physically, I had a panic attack, an apology would've have been nice and making my vehicle whole. At the end, I decided that we were not going to agree on the repairs needed to make me whole, so I took it to another dealership who found all the repairs needed to make my vehicle whole. I was without a vehicle for close to a month. Please do not take your vehicles to this dealership
