My 2016 F250 with less that 100k miles has death wobble. I have bought a heavy duty performance adjustable trac bar and a Bilstein dual stabilizer kit and had these parts installed at Meineke. After installing these parts, ******* was unable to perform a front end alignment because the death wobble I'd been experiencing has prematurely worn out the outer tie rod ends and the center drag link. For ******* to replace the worn front end parts would have cost me an additional $1800. When I bought the truck I also bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty. When I made the appointment with ****** and his supervisor they confirmed these parts were in stock if needed for my upcoming appointment three weeks later. On December 14 I dropped my truck off as scheduled and didn't bother them until the following Tuesday. I had to call NUMEROUS times to get someone to answer the phone. Tuesday evening of December 19 ****** finally returned my call and told me the technician had already changed to oil and aligned the front end and was in the process of diagnosing the pinion gear oil leak. I asked about the worn tie rod ends and center drag link and he said they had not been replaced. I then asked how could the front end alignment have been done without the worn parts being replaced, but was unable to get a straight answer from him. I then asked him when my truck would be ready for pickup and he said Thursday December 21st. Thursday the 21st arrives and no answer when I call ******. I called the main service department number and was informed that my truck was still being diagnosed. I asked what had been done and was informed that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO MY TRUCK DURING THE ENTIRE WEEK THAT IT HAD BEEN THERE - NO OIL CHANGE, NO FRONT END ALIGNMENT, NO DIAGNOSES - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK IT UP A FEW MINUTES AFTER BEING INFORMED OF THIS I FOUND IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN MOVED FROM THE PARKING SPOT I'D LEFT IT IN A WEEK EARLIER.

They try to force dealer add-ons on you which are supposed to be optional. They won't let you even reserve a vehicle without agreeing to their add-ons. A vehicle not even on their lot yet they say that can't take off any dealer add-ons and when I say I'm going to look elsewhere and the salesman just shrugs as I walk out. Go look up interior/exterior application for a dealer add-on it's basically a scam. Do you think exterior paint from the factory is so inferior you need an extra protection? And the inside go get a can of scotch guard basically all they are doing. I have been turned off by **** altogether I walked out. But I do want to save as many people as I can from being ripped off by this dealership there are actually good dealerships out there this isn't one of them. Supposedly **** corporate is cracking down on this sort of thing I've contacted them at all levels but responses so far have just been they will document it and send my complaint to the dealerships. Maybe my complaints to the higher *** will yield some results, otherwise I may just take the money they tried to rip me off and organize an old style picket at their busiest times. Reviews don't seem to be having the affect they use to might be time to stop doing lazy reviews and get out there and show them customers aren't going to be bullied or treated like this.

I trusted the sales manager ********************* and salesman ******************************* to put me in a reliable vehicle. But instead ***************************************************** money. The car had ******* miles on it but they told me just keep it for a yr and I can trade it in for a newer vehicle. I TRIED to but they lied to me. The ** refuse to help me and now I'm back to walking or using Lyft. I am paying on a vehicle that is undrivable. I have no help the dealership turned it's back on me and has the nerve to charge me 25k to repair a problem I told their service department about. I almost had a fatal accident when my steering wheel locked while driving on a busy intersection. No one will take it as a trade because the car is only worth $3456.. I can't get any help with anyone I'm upside down on the car and that's painful AUTONATION DID A SINGLE PARENT LIKE THIS SOLD ME A CAR THAT NEEDS MAJOR WORK

Made on-line inquiry on a new car. I was contacted via text from salesperson on a new **** Escape that just came out. Salesman told me i would have to fill out all paperwork that he fwd links for. He said that was only way they could hold car untill i could get off work and travel 4 hrs. I even gave all info for a trade or was willing to pay for vehicle outright. Tuesday 12th i sent all info. Salesman said he would get back before 8pm with purchase figures and they would hold car for me till Sat morning. After 8 he texted back and said they were busy he was off Wed and would get back first thing Thursday at 11 am. Shortly after he texted ..was sorry the car was sold on his day off. I made credit inquiries, took day off work Sat morning and made plans. Salesman said he might be able to get me a car from ********* **...and I would have to pay for the transportation. Not offering any discount, offers, or asking how he could turn this negative issue around. Spoke to the new car mgr and his reply was "allways helps when you are here in person". Living 4 hrs away can not drop things and drive that far. Service like this is no way acceptable.

I specificallyrequested by email and phone that my credit only be rantwice and it was run6 times. Although thedepartment did not have permission to run my credit as many times as it did, the manager was extremely rude when I called and addressed him for an explanation and a solution.I get it. Some people do not like to be wrong. The manager at AutoNation is one of them so understand that from the beginning he was disrespectful and unpleasant. His first response was that it did not affect my credit at all and I said well I am looking at my credit score now and it has decreased 2 points with these inquiries. He then said this was his job and that he knew better than me it wouldnt affect my score. I said well I know credit experts that would differ because this will affect me if I try to get a car anywhere else anytime soon.I then explained to him, regardless, it is courteous and professional to let someone know if theirrequests are denied or ignored, but it is especially necessary to explain with calmness and professionalism when someone is not satisfied by acompany's mistakes. I don't care how long ittakes to make it right and find solace.I was looking to get more information as to why my credit was run so much, what my options were as a self-employed taxpayer, and what my odds were for financing before running my credit more. These I thought were all good questions for a financingmanager, however there was an annoyance in his voice and he kept repeating the same thing about repo-ing out of town cars, but never answered my questions. It was so bad I had to ask "Hey can you notkeepbringing upthe what-ifs Im only trying to find out what I need todo ****** ofthat occurs." He proceeded to cut me off every sentence, he shut out providing me alternative options, he said he could not effectively do his job because of people like me, then made the statement he had payingcustomers in front of him so he would have to let me go because he'd been on the phone 14 minutes and told me I should understand being a business owner myself. After I explained to him that I treat all my customers with the same respect he just hung up the phone in my face.I've seen companies run 15+ inquiries for a car loan without letting theclient know and that is ridiculous for someone trying to build credit and purchase things with credit. All I wanted was for him to agree to run my credit realistically and with respect moving forward, but I never got to get my statement across. Thereis a definite reason people like him hide behind a desk and numbers with little interaction with customers and little experience with customer service. I was unable to tell him whatmyissue was before he was demanding that he couldn't help me. I may not be getting a vehicle with this company solely because of his attitude. Here I am a potential paying customer and he tellsme he can't finish an on-going conversation with me because of "paying customers" in his face. Thats a slap in my face when these guys have my information and credit tied up in a deal and doing things Ispecifically asked notto be done.I don't normally pull my resources but people like him should be conscious that you never know who you're entertaining and that it is important to treat everyone with the same respect.
