I recently bought a vehicle from Hiley and *********** ***** made it a very quick and easy experience!

Bought 2016 GMC ****** with the Extended warranty. Long story short fuel pump went bad, warranty got denied due to maintenance not being on carfax, told them I have proof of maintenance said it didnt matter cause of oversized tires. I bought the truck with the tires it has on it. Hiley wont help even though they sold me the truck with the tires.

I called about a used 2022 Suburban I saw on Autotrader for sale at Hiley GMC. I asked the sales rep. to send me a Purchase Order for the vehicle. He said they would honor the web pricing and sent the **** over on Saturday afternoon. I called Monday morning told him I was driving 3.5 hours to come purchase the vehicle. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle at the agreed PO price, a different sales rep, asked for me to sign a blank buyers notice. I told them I was not signing blank forms. The 1st sales rep went and filled it out. Then the 2nd sales guy (*****) returns with a blank ********* of ***** form, and asked for me to sign it. After telling him again I was not signing blank paperwork, he said "there is the door, and told me to leave." Then he says this is the way they operate every day. Having buyers sign blank paperwork. Then they emailed me 2 weeks later, asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. I asked for the sales manager to call me, and was told they are very busy. This place is a joke.

Today I called to see if this dealership had a used car for my son and ******* answered the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he searched his inventory. He told me he had just got a car on a trade in but it was a little bit more than I said I wanted to pay. It was ten five he said. My budget was $10K plus tt&l but he said but were here to make a deal. He told me more about the car and I got excited. Our budget was $10,000. So we drove there to check it out.We spent an hour and 20 minutes there, approximately. It was close to closing. We go in to sit down, ready to make a deal, cash purchase, but all of a sudden he puts a paper on the table and says my manager just printed this and on the paper the car price was higher than he said on the phone!! It was NOT TEN FIVEThe whole thing was a big lie! Do not trust this dealership! Theyll rope you in to get you there and then switch what they say! They do not have integrity and are untrustworthy. Take your business somewhere else! No one, not even the manager, came over to see what was going on. I think they all just wanted to go home and didnt give a **** about me, the customer and making me, the customer, happy. DO NOT go to this dealership! Youll be disappointed!

I bought a GMC Sierra ******* I was told they were able to lower my payment because they discounted it a bit and they found a better interest rate. What they didnt tell me is that they added 8k in warranties that were not offered or explained to me. This turned a 62k truck into a 70k truck. This has got to be ilegal. Then I call to cancel and apparently I have to come in in person even though Im hours away and when I asked to talk to a general manager they always say hes not in. The operator literally said last week he only came in three times for a few hours only, so good luck. How can a business be ran like this and not get into legal trouble?
