Buying my vehicle went without a hitch and was quick. But the service **** is a joke. Ive had my vehicle for just over a year and have had two tires - the original and the replacement tire- have sidewall defects. I took it in to get it replaced and asked for a different brand. They refused bc the other brands were not covered on the warranty. I mentioned its a safety issue and, silly me, id think the **************** dealership would stand behind the product they are selling. The service manager just argued and would not listen to anything I had to say. I told him if it happens again, esp if there is an accident bc of the defect you will definitely be hearing from me again. No such thing as customer service or doing the right thing to keep a customer. Which was too bad bc i would have bought from them again but not anymore.

Stopped in to inquire about a new trade in that we saw online. After test driving, the saleswoman rushed into paperwork. We pushed back and tried to negotiate the price of the car (Honda Civic 2015) she became not just firm but rude. Tried to demean us by implying we didnt have money, and made us feel unheard. Now this review isnt to complain about my arguably soft feelings, its to detail how they pass on their investment protecting expenses on to the customer. She refused to take off the $2000+ fee since they need to protect their investments through a lojack system and other useless accessories. She said, all those new cars come from ******. And the cartels take apart the cars and sell the parts. We need to protect our investments. That statement coming from a dealership that advertises as being Latino friendly? If you want to justify your extra profits on the people you want in your building then you have a wrong business model. To sum it all up, do not go here. They make inappropriate comments and refuse to even entertain a rational conversation.

Im came to buy a new Honda from this dealership. They sold me on a car but when it came to finance they pulled their scheme. The sales man try to sale on payment with no conversation of a service contract. I go in the finance office and the finance manger started his scheme on a service contract. I told him Im not interested in that. Then he goes well Ill take off LoJack and in its place you can have a service contract. Like one for the other like it was going to even out. Then they rush through all this paper work to find out they charged for the service contract and the payment ended up being the same as what salesman sold me on with not even mentioning a service contract. So I drove that car back to the dealership the next day and spoke to the new car director and called them out on their weak sales tactics. Yes they had to correct! The new car sales director knew I caught them red handed on how they take advantage of people! I was told it was just a misunderstanding. Yeah! Whats really the crazy after the so called misunderstanding they still had the nerve to ask me to give 10 stars on the Honda survey! When I received the Honda survey I was honest about my experience. Then Fort Worth Honda had nerve to cry about the results of their survey and call me ask why! Bad business gets bad reviews! They are shady dishonest people that act like they did me right and deserve a 10 star review! Well instead of 10 stars they are getting 10 bad reviews starting with #1 BBB! After all this Im suppose to be a proud Honda owner! How would feel?

I wanted to trade in my truck for a car they had and after submitting all the necessary pictures and mileage etc, I received an offer for my vehicle which I accepted and completed their application which I was approved for for their car. When the dealer contacted me, long story short they said they couldn't approve me because they were actually offering me 2700$ less than what their website gave me. This is dishonest and should be corrected. If you don't honor your own website what else is dishonest. To clarify their is nothing wrong with the truck so there was no validation for it. I understood that it may change a few dollars but not 2700.
