Horrible business practices. I purchased a new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 in May 2022 and paid $71,000 for the truck. In June 2023 I was driving through Lowes and an employee released the heavy blue flat carts that hit the right rear passenger door. After going through mediation with Lowes they paid my deductible on $3500 in damage. During this process I noticed that the front right passenger door frame had a paint defect and needed to be repainted. I researched Chevrolet forums and found this was a common occurrence for this color (black) coming out of the ****** plant in 2022. I went to the dealer to get it fixed and they refused to fix it because they said they ran a car fax and saw damage was previously done to the right side so its not under warranty. I told them the damage was at the back door, not the front door. They referred me to ***** **. I contacted the ** who told me Moritz would have to submit a claim via their paint department. However, Moritz is refusing to submit the claim.Review from Chris L

I purchased a Used Truck from Moritz, because of the Moritz promise. The promise was, as long as the vehicle was under ******* miles when I purchased it, they would replace the engine or transmission if it failed up to ******* miles. *** after having the truck for 2 1/2 years the transmission suddenly stops working. I had the truck towed to Moritz Chevrolet and was told a faulty transmission line caused the transmission to fail, and the transmission line wasn't covered by the promise. Therefore, Moritz is refusing to replace the transmission, unless I pay $8000.00. I've talked to the service manager, and one of the owners, and they all say I should be going after the company who serviced my vehicle. They are not keeping their promise and to make things worse, they want to pass their responsibility to someone else.Review from Eddie N

Unable to supply parts for a 2020 Ram still under warranty. The part is required for safety, being part of the rear sway bar and needed for overall rear end stability, especially when towing, proper tire wear, traction control .The issue was diagnosed weeks ago as a part of another repair, but no parts were ordered then or not available and are not available in the foreseeable future. The car is not safe to drive or tow a trailer. Immediate resolution is required even if they have to make the parts at home.Review from Ace N

Had a check engine light come on in my truck, I made an appointment on a Friday and was told my truck would be ready by Saturday. I get there and the service rep tells me that it will be the middle of the week until its ready. I then get called and told that i have metal in my oil and i will need a new engine, i researched it and one of the problems for a check engine light is a timing chain, so i tell them to change the timing chain and then i am told that they will need to order all of these other parts approximately $2400 worth of parts, each week i am told that the parts didn't come in and they are on their way, 12 weeks later i am told the service rep doesn't work there any longer and the service manager has taken my situation. I am then told that i need a new engine and the best they can do if i want a new refurbished engine is $6700. I then had my truck towed to a garage and they troubleshot my truck and all it was the #4 fuel injector connector, after that was fixed the check engine light was fixed. I still had to pay Moritz $223.00 for troubleshooting my vehicle, which obviously didn't work.
