      I wish I could give 0 stars.I bought my 2019 ******** in January from ************************ (whom is no longer working there) and mention of vehicle theft was brought to my attention. I had car insurance at the time. Now that my insurance is expiring soon they are refusing to renew my insurance due to increase of theft for *** vehicles. Ive been panicking and trying to find new insurance but everywhere Ive found either wants $500+ a month due to my car being high risk or they straight ********* to insure my car.I brought this to ***s attention and they told me in lesser words to go eff myself. Laughed in my face. Service wont give me a software upgrade because my car doesnt have any recalls. And the sales department wont even TRY to get me into something else that has anti theft features. I plan on finding a litigation lawyer and will be contacting news outlets and the attorney general.

      As a customer, soon to be a former one, the dealership is one of the most disorganized debacles I have ever seen in business. My wife called earlier this week to make an appointment for service on our vehicle and she was told by their employee that NO appointments were available today.My daughter then calls, and is told you dont need an appointment, just bring your vehicle in. My daughter asks for your hours of operation and is told be the first one here at 7:00 AM on Saturday. Well, my daughter has been standing outside the dealership since 7:00 AM Sat morning, Jan 7 and they are CLOSED, because they dont open until 8:00 AM on Saturdays. And the car actually has a recall on it, and my daughter was told this morning they don't have the part. How do you expect to perform work on recalls when you don't have the parts to do the work? So now we have to bring the car back AGAIN!?!?*** told my wife and daughter we are never coming back to this dealership after today. In fact, I decided a while ago were never buying another *** based on the quality of vehicle *** makes, not to mention countless recalls, engine change, you name it, weve had it.

      Bought a Rio from them for $1000 more than the sticker price with a poorly installed tint with bubbles and creases. I had to go there 4 times as the result was unsatisfactory. In addition to that, they damaged a window seal and chipped the paint around a window in the interior. On my last visit, they promised me to provide some 3rd party tinting service at their own expense if there was any issue, but ghosted me when I was trying to contact them afterwards

      *********************************** ************* stated to be a sales manager. I only called to do a custom order. ****** starts to upsell me on required window tint, carpet, nitrogen in tires etc. apart of their mandatory policy: You can't buy a vehicle here without the dealership's add-ons called "make ready". Rip-Off! It is not a mandatory fee. ****** it's a discriminatory practice to notate negative remarks about my conversation, every ***************** I contact can see the notes and mimic what you wrote about the fee. ******** @ the ***** location was unnecessarily rude. I'm a customer whose trying to make a order. ****** @ ***** states he's a sales manager, you were condescending. I would not recommend due to discriminatory practices and per policy dealership's 'mandatory' add-on fees that truly aren't mandatory nor required.

      1 month ago I went to check out a small SUV in hopes of purchasing it. I had funding in place already from my bank. I asked several times that my credit not be pulled and I was assured that it wouldn't be, but I found out the next day that it was. The financing sales person lied to me after I contacted him. He made up a story about having to. I was very disappointed bc it put a negative mark on my credit report.
