Last Friday I went to get the 4Runner that I've ordered a month and a half ago. When I went to finance they told me that I qualify for ****% interest rate. I thought it was high and ask if that was the best they could give me, they said yes. I signed thinking I needed to go find a better rate elsewhere and refinance. I filled an auto loan application at **** of America and they told me I could get a ****% I thought that was much better for me. They asked me for a 10 day loan balance so that they could pay it off from the original creditor, which was FORT WORTH COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION. I tried calling them unsuccessfully on Monday and also called them on Tuesday with no response so I decided to go in person. When I got to the **** the person that attended me asked my what was the reason for me being there, I explained that I was trying to refinance because their bank has gave me a very high rate and I have excellent credit, she checked in her computer and told me that my rate was **** and proceed to ask me what was the rate that **** of America was giving me, I was in chock that Toyota of Fort Worth gave me a Third Party loan and don't even mentioned it to me. I don't think that is fair!I want my loan to be at **** without having to refinance and pay for it.Please help me!I don't trust dealerships anymore.

The customer came back to the Dealership the following Saturday and met with our GM. At that point we refinanced the vehicle at the rate the customer wanted. Customer is happy at this time.

I'll preface this by stating I was not experiencing any consistent performance or stability issues upon bringing my vehicle in to the service department on 03/01/22. I had a few possible concerns and tires that were too big and was aiming at having a level kit installed to accommodate the tire size issue. I did not initially intend to have the preventive service work done and was not experiencing any issues that warranted repair work being a necessary problem in need of a remedy. My concerns were an afterthought brought to light after I was advised to have the sole reason for being there tended to elsewhere. On 03/01/22 I brought my vehicle to Toyota of Fort Worth to inquire about getting a level kit installed on my truck after Discount Tire had mistakenly ordered & installed the wrong tire size. The tires were $1,300+ & were great tires so I wanted to keep them if possible by way of a level kit to raise the front end in order to accommodate the tires and abstain from having to wait a little over a week for discount tires on a reorder. After speaking with the parts department I was advised that Toyota is trying to distance themselves from doing ************** kits but 4 Wheel Parts just down the street would be able to do so and for much less. After being towed back multiple times and stating issues of stability and performance issues that were not there prior as well as having power steering fluid dump completely each time my issues only grew and worsened each time I drove. I spent over $5,000 the first time and over $2,000 the second as well as Uber costs and U haul rentals for a means of transportation because no loaner was provided while also losing my job because it was too far of a drive to risk further damage as each time the issues worsened. I was told my ball joints were fine after 4 wheel parts advised replacement, brakes still groaning to this day and truck underperforming and serious vibrations at lower and higher speeds.
