      Missing package: Got email saying my shipment was delivered. Ran downstairs to get my order. There was nothing there. Checked everywhere: My porch, mailbox, next to the porch, back porch, Neighbors porches. Verified I entered my address information correctly. Vendor will not issue refund or resend the package. Ideally, I would like these items. If this is not possible I would accept a refund.

      We regret the unfortunate experience ***** has had with the delivery provider. Unfortunately, ***** chose to opt out of our shipping insurance, Route Package Protection, at the time of checkout so we are limited in our resolution options. We have advised that she file a claim with the delivery provider for the missing package, but she has refused.

      I bought a Comfrt travel hoodie from this company on TikTok shop. It was not a good fit so I emailed them and asked to return it. They obliged but upon return the denied my return, kept my money, and I havent heard from anyone. I am working with the people on TikTok shop but they seem to be giving me the run around as well. This was a $160 sweatshirt that they have kept now and refuse to refund my money.

      I made an order on 7/7/24. My payment of $98.00 cleared my bank 7/8/24. I never heard from company so I contacted them on 7/14/24. I was told it was getting ready to be shipped. Didn't hear more. Continued to contact. Finally on 7/31/24 I was told they didn't have the items and offered refund to my payment method or wait until September to see if the items may be available. I requested the refund. Now they are not refunding. They have stolen my money. They are a fraud.

      Our records show that *************************** has been refunded as promised on July 31st, 2024. She experienced a delay in receiving the funds due to her bank's processing times, but the issue is now resolved.

      I placed an order for a set from the company and it never arrived. i emailed them several times to get only a response of its your loss we cant do anything. Several messages have been ignored. The order was $78 and i paid $2 to get route protection package and it still didnt arrive. I have been ignored for so long, i want my money back and sent a set of my choice for free at the minimum. This company scammed me out of money and wont respond. I also have a ring door bell and see every delivery come. and i saw nothing for this item

      July 14th I placed my order July 18th order showed delivered July 18th sent an email that I had not received the order, their support **** says up to 48 hours for a result July 20th still have not heard back, sent another email Today July 22nd I still havent gotten my order or a response. I dont even care about a refund I just want my stupid sweat set so I can see if it fits and I like it before I order more colors

Unfortunately, ****** input the address incorrectly and opted out of the Route Package Protection shipping insurance we offer at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect input of the shipping address at the time of checkout and without the purchase of shipping insurance, our options are limited for a resolution.
