I moved into Spanish court apartments oin July 2021. After only two days my car was towed ! I had it registered with the apartment ! I had my parking sticker on! I was told because it was backed in! The towing company told me it is posted everywhere! There is not one sign ! A few months later I return home after staying the night at my daughters my car had been towed once again! It was registered with the apartment complex and parking garage!!! They claimed no sticker! I put the sticker on my car the day I moved in and never removed!! I did not have the financial means to even go get my car out of impound! I had to walk for two months! I was going to try to pick up with my income tax I knew my sticker was on the car! There was no reason for it to be towed! But the apartment complex and parking badge are in partnership ! The complex profits when their residents cars are towed!! Then just last week I had to rent a car to go try to get my car back only to find out they had auctioned my car off! I had the rental 10 days I woke up the 7 th day and it was towed!! Visitors have to register and pay $3;50 to park for 24 hours! I had tegistered the rental every night even staying in the car for over two hours to get the registration to go through! I took a screen shot every night! I took it to the office!! They did not car!! Residents have no choice even if they are not at fault !! No one has the financial resources to take parking Badge to Court!! They just pay the $316 to get car back !! I have lived here only 3 months had 3 cars towed!! They are lining there pockets on their own residents !! This practice should not be legal! Even if you follow the rules do everything correctly!! They still tow your car! The town truck only comes in the early morning hours 1 or 3 am I am sure so no one can correct them ! Please please investigate this company ! Many of these residents are in state housing assistance ! I only have a computer of my rental Car receipt! I lost a 2009 *******
