            This company built a pergula in my backyard in May of 2022. It is now leaning significatly. I believe that the posts that were installed were done incorrectly and would not support the weight of the roof. I called for a week, and then was told someone would come out and I waited another week and no one has ever shown up. They are notorious for not answering the phone and when they do they give nothing but excuses. The pictures shown how badly the structure is leaning. I am going to have to have it taken down so I am seeking full re-imbursement of $8,320.00. ***** is the owner. ******* was the salesman, and ***** built it.

            ***** and ******************* are not to be trusted. ***** and his Dad (*****) installed a patio cover at my home at the end of summer 2020. After the first rain it leaked in two places and still leaks in both places. I tried to work with them for over a year to have repaired. ***** and Ash refused to accept my phone calls. I have never been rude or disrespectful like they have treated me. A retired disabled veteran! I've sent two certified letters to the their business address at 3019Keller ***************, **********, ** and have attempted to serve them with papers to settle this in court. Thus far, no response from them. They are pretending to not exist. I highly recommend you use another vendor for whatever project you are considering they complete. I will continue to seek a legal judgement against them. Yes, I kept all the text messages and phone calls for record. And, they know that.
