I would give 10 stars if I could! ***** and ****** arrived on time, were very professional, friendly and efficient. ***** explained in detail what the problem could and could not be and what the options were for repair. I will DEFINITELY use this company again if need be.

Our water heater finally broken down after 24 Yrs (yes, I said 24 years) we contacted various companies to provide us with quotes to which they varied in warranties, after service technical support and pricing value, after reading the positive review and the A+ BBB rating for Service Squid Plumbing , we gave them a call, they send one of their technicians name *****, he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions as well as providing recommendations and concern (not as a sales person but as a representative of ****************), he even knew what size unit I needed based on the small area the old one was in, (he did not in any way try to over sell me), we havent decided on which company we will chose at the moment but in any case I wanted to state that their representative ***** attitude definitely made our top choice as to which company is knowledgeable and very people friendly, my wife and I decided to put that out, even if we dont select Service Squad Plumbing for the job. Bravo Zulu to you ******

After having to hire an Attorney originally to do complete work on our adjoining duplex and our foundation correctly. Two other foundation companies had pointed out that they had not done a good job on our neighbors causing extensive cracking on our house. They sent two men and convinced us that they would do the job right. So we trusted them and allowed them to do the repairs. we are talking about what they did after the repairs. So we get and email telling us that in order to honor our warranty we have to have proof of a successful hydrostatic sewer and freshwater pressure test by a licenced plumber within 30 days of the date of the letter. They sent out one of their representatives, to do this test and tell us that the results are incomplete or failing. Then they tell us that we need to spend an additional $275 for them to do another test. They then tell us that we need to install a pressure reducing valve to reduce water pressure to desired pressure and install an expansion tank. (see attached document) They send an estimate without waiting for us to complete the additional tests. The so called plumber is nothing but a young salesman trying to pressure us into spending an additional $2135.00 for this totally unnecessary work. We immediately call a very well known and reputable licenced Master Plumber that has been on HGTV. He comes out and spends 3 hours doing all the tests, and finds nothing wrong, all normal, we can show you his results. Furthermore he tells us that there is no need for this so called expansion tank. He gives us the proof we need and ********** to Service Squad, They call us and want to immediately see proof, ***** License of our plumber. We were totally shocked that that they would attempt to do this to unsuspecting home owners. They basically strong armed their customers by using their OWN Plumbing company ( check their address, same as *************) to take bogus tests and try to up sale needless repairs.

The response time was prompt. The tech was nice mannered. He was quick and the service was affordable. I was over all pleased.

********************* was thoroughly professional. He arrived on time, briefed me on what he was to do and seamlessly completed his tasks. After his work was complete he described his findings and cleaned up the work site. The company was superb in scheduling & advising me when **** was going to be on the job. ********************* and dress were noteworthy.**********************

This is a very well organized and professional company. Communication is great. I will definitely use them again if we ever run into anymore problems.
