We expected nothing less than this review from you.
While your pool issues were somewhat challenging, the real challenge was trying to navigate the communication and repair while interacting with the both of you. Gone are the days of being able to leave a review for someones business and leaving out the fact that you treated our techs terribly. So terrible that your wife shoved our expensive equipment off a planter and broke it (we have this on video). A $2000.00 piece of equipment. Along with your wifes rant, you were yelling all through the house at a level it could be heard . Our mistake was continuing to go back to your home and try to make you happy. You have not paid your final bill and I am betting you feel like you should not have to because of your review. We value our employees. They are the back bone of our business and all small businesses. We will not tolerate them being treated like second class citizens. Nor will we tolerate aggression and destruction of our property.
