National High School printing association is harassing me about a payment that they claim I verbally agreed to. This was for a high school (*******************) donation for shirts with my business name printed on the t-shirt for the cheerleading ***** However, I did not want to pay until I validated that the business was legit. Once I validated it, I decided not to contribute because I was under the impression that this was voluntary, and it was an excessive amount of money. However, the company stated that they already printed the shirts, and it was now my responsibility to compensate them. I informed them that I did not tell them to print anything therefore, I don't believe I am responsible. Also, the employee, ***********************************, sent me a picture of the shirts and my logo isn't on the shirt. All that they have is my business name and number. I was also under the impression that I would be the only business on the shirt, but there are several others business on the shirt as well. I contacted the other businesses to see if they paid the $499.00 that they are claiming I owe, and no one has paid that amount. 100-200$ is all they have contributed. This business has constantly called and emailed me every day for the past few weeks. I do not want to be forced to pay something and I feel they are harassing me for payment. I never signed anything authorizing a payment to them. This amount is excessive, and I contacted the cheer coach who assured me this was optional, and the cheerleading organization does not receive any of the monies, only the t shirts.
