I have attempted to obtain a brace (AFO) for my R lower extremity. I was initially fitted for this device on an appointment on September 6, 2023. I have called multiple times with only one follow-up callback since that date. Measurements and a casting was done on September 6. All I have been given is one excuse after another. My primary physician faxed all requested documents. I have called my insurance company and everything has been approved at least 1-2 weeks ago. I have moved and requested the device be mailed to me. And this facility is refusing to do so. This is my 4th brace, so I am aware what issues to look for as I am a retired medical professional (Paramedic-RN). I have taken all steps necessary for this device to be built and delivered. Please advise of any other agencies besides this one to contact. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 1026-2022 Amount : $573.35 Transaction ID: ********** ********************** - ****************************************************************** Insurance processed on 12-16-2022 paid in full- $573.35 by insurance company. As I had already paid in full previously on October, I was told purchase would be credited back to original form of purchase(credit card) Never received credit. Called on Jan 20,2023 to inquire-again-This time I was told that credit would be issued in the form of a check, and should be received within **** working days. Never received. Called ************ on 2/9/2023 and was told check had never been sent. Told again that it would be sent and received within **** days. If it were the other way around, they would have turned it over to collections.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Thank you so much for your assistance regarding the refund that had not been received after 2 months.
I received the check for the full amount of the refund of $573.35 dated 2/16/2023 on 2/19/23 from
