              Paper Back Book Return/Exchange: If your item is somehow damaged in the shipping process, we will be happy to exchange your product, subject to availability. Exchanges and Returns or are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. Books, DVDs and CDs (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition),can be mailed with the original packing slip to:
