      I contacted ********************************** to let them know I didn't want the services last year and this year! I have the mail stating that I wouldn't be charged, and I was!I urgently requested they reverse the charges, but they have flatly failed. They have directly lied to me and to the merchant service, and I can prove it!#1 They claimed they couldn't recall the charge (In an email), but I have verified with my CC company twice that they could have. This is documented and verifiable by 'Stripe' and 'CC/ Network'. #token #2 They said they had possessed my CC at the time of processing for the transaction, per my CC company. They lied about the payment process, so my CC, ******** Services, CC, Stripe, and others have opened a case. I'll save the other issues if I have to keep moving go to court.#3 I have proof from them that I wouldn't be billed, I was. They sent me a TOS in a highlight, saying I had to do it beforehand. "I did", They still try to refer back to a TOS, and I keep telling them Fraud is Fraud. I can't make it any clearer. Why they don't go back to verify is beyond irresponsible; it's criminal to keep the funds.It's hard to believe a company is stuck on sticking it to a past-paying customer. Ask them a simple question, did you (Support) advise the client that he wouldn't be billed in writing? Okay, why did you bill him again? Why have did you not return the funds immediately? I want my stolen funds returned! The reality is if they would do this to me this could happen to you.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      They need to fix the broken system as they did charge a year I didn't want still. **** and his group now has a reputation in the real estate community for the bad billing practices.  If you're buying into this or the company speak with people in the industry!  Survey says! Be very careful.

      We signed up with their program to help market our sellers for $7 per month. However, we never used the system since it required the seller to sign additional paperwork and platform was not user friendly or effective. A year later they charged us over $600 and would not refund the monies. It appears to be the ** for this company and wished i reviewed their reviews online. SCAM!

      When agents sign up for the service the are notified the memebership an they are also presented with the terms stating there is an auto renewal.  ******************** account renewed in December 2023.  He notified us on on 4/24/24 he would like a refund and stated he ***** used the services.His profile is active on our site and is still open to clients selecting him to receive property assigments.  I have attached copies of his active profile and correspondence with him. Thank you.

      I signed up for a 1-year subscription. The subscription was over, no notice was given and now I want out of the subscription. I have requested to end my subscription and they refuse. I do not want another year with this company. I signed up for 1.

      I explained to ****** what are policy is and we can cancel her as of 1/12/25.  He account renewed in January 12 2024 for one year per the terms of her agreement. The terms are presented when agents first join.  I also sent them to her again as a PDF.

      I am rejecting this response because:  They did not give any notice that my subscription would be renewed. I would have NEVER signed up for another year had they sent a notice that it would be renewing. Every other subscription service gives a notice that it is about to renew.  I did pay for the 1 year as I signed up.  I do not want this subscription any longer.  I have received zero benefit and the service is not worth the money. I will tell EVERYONE that this is not a good thing to join. I have requested nicely to stop the subscription. I do not want their service any longer. This service is a waste of money.

      I signed up for this program a year ago. I never recieved any listings from this company. A year later they charged me again and stated it was set up on auto renewal. I NEVER approved another charge nor auto renewal.

      Our subscription does not gurantee you will receive listings. The auto renewal terms are presented a the beginning of memebership twice.
