When we were ready to sell our house, **** was one of 3 businesses we contacted. After showing our house to the 3 companies, **** gave us the best overall offer. We were skeptical since we had never sold a house this way. However **** made the process very easy and accommodating. To make it even more convenient for us, he arranged to have our closing done in our home with a notary so that we didn't need to travel. We couldn't have asked for a more professional handling and smooth process from start to finish. We strongly recommend **** and his team!Review from Vinicio G

I had just decided to sell my house when I was contacted by Josh. I had been contacted by numerous other companies' constantly and I was very agitated by their used car dealer tactics. Josh was very straightforward and provided a smooth transaction. I received a more than fair amount for my house and it closed very quickly. I cannot give praise enough to Josh and RoundRock Realty for their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house quickly and easily.Review from Doug S

This was a very smooth transaction with me selling my late brothers house. Josh & his company sent me a very fair offer & I said yes. He met me there. Did a quick walk through, took a couple of pictures & was gone in 20 minutes. I signed the contract immediately. Deal went very smooth. I had my money less than 2 weeks later ! I have nothing but praise for **** and RoundRock Realty. **** was professional and courteous. On the first visit, he did a quick inspection and then made an offer on the property. I knew the offer was fair. We accepted and ***************** up the contract explaining each section as we went through it. As the house was part of a trust, it was a bit of a complicated closing but it went through in an amazingly quick time frame. Yes, you have to get ready for a quick move because it will happen with **** and RouindRock Realty. I highly recommend doing business them.Review from Justin L
