This company wrongly sold us a mini split system we didn't need that has had continuous problems ever since install. They replaced an 18 month old system saying it was un-repairable only to install another system that has had nothing but issues. We have had several service calls with no resolution. One of their guys damaged the system causing a small freon leak. We have been paying for them to keep topping off the system ever since that issue. We've been the entire winter with no heat. No calls to check on us or to offer a heater. My wife is disabled and this has been a very big inconvenience. They've admitted to dropping the ball yet they don't follow up with us at all. I haven't heard from them in two months and I was the one who called them two months ago. This has been over two years of a bad relationship. We are very disappointed.Customer response
