Today, 18 February 22, at approximately 9:30 a.m., this company came out on a service request to my neighbour, *********************, who lives next door at *********************. My neighbour and I share a courtyard upon which both our front doors open. The courtyard gate is ALWAYS locked now due to several PROPERTY THEFTS. It was locked this morning. Instead of EITHER phoning ****** to be let in the front gate OR driving around to the back of the house where the **** units are located & where there is ample parking for their vehicle, this company came to my alley garden ON MY SIDE OF THE PROPERTY which is NOT open to the public, NOT open to any sort of techs, metre readers, or anyone else. This is a PRIVATE ALLEY that is on my side of the property. They moved my property into the yard in order to walk down MY ALLEY to reach the **** units in the back side of the alley. In the process, they STOMPED DOWN MY GARDEN PLANTS AND left my property sitting in the front yard all day, including my trash bin. This is a CODE COMPLIANCE VIOLATION carrying a fine of SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS. I did not discover what they had done until 6 p.m. tonight.This is at least the FOURTH TIME they have done this in the last 7 years. They have been told EVERY TIME NOT TO MOVE MY PROPERTY, NOT TO ENTER MY ALLEY, AND NOT TO WALK ALL OVER MY PLANTS. They have been told EVERY TIME TO DRIVE AROUND TO THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY IN ORDER TO ACESS **** UNITS on the concrete path. YET THEY CONTINUE TO TRESPASS and MOVE MY PROPERTY. THIS IS ESPECIAllY BAD DUE TO COVID. I am filing a complaint with police and Code Compliance as well. My experience with this company is that they are dishonest and untrustworthy I want them to stay out of my alley and stop moving my property. I want WRITTEN ASSURANCE that NO ONE from this company will EVER come down my alley or touch my property again, or I will file suit against them for trespass and interference with my private property.
