On October 7th I went to the Good Feet store and complained about constant achy feet along with knee and back pain. After I was measured and fitted I was given a wide range of orthotics to try. I also explained I have always had difficulty finding comfortable orthotics because of my size 14W feet. After trying on many orthotics I kept saying they were hurting my feet and were not comfortable at all. She just kept saying that my feet have never been in the correct positions and thier products will take a couple of weeks for my feet to adjust. All the while insistently pushing for me to buy this $1700 + 3 orthotic kit that will make my pain go away. I didn't by the kit but she did talk me into buying on set plus insoles for $270 and claimed I will start to feel relief very soon. As I was checking out she did mention that it was not returnable nor refundable because they were considered medical devises. I have worn them everyday and the pain has not improved even slightly. 4 weeks has been long enough and I will not wear them anymore. She lied about making my feet feel better and also about the orthotics being medical devices. Very disappointing ethical practices.

*************** did come into our store on 10/7/22 with concerns around heel, ball of foot, knee, hip and back pain.  He was presented with our 3 step orthotic system and shoes.  The items he was presented have life time warranties against flattening and cracking are are much more therapeutic in nature for comfort, balance and support.  They require a wearing schedule so your feet can adjust to the orthotics.  *************** chose not to purchase this product and went with more of our introductory products that does not have the same therapeutic properties (6 month warranty) however is still a very sound support as far as fitting the customer arch.  We have a refit policy for the first 30 days which was offered to him, however since the supports are personal use items we can not provide a refund.  The policy is posted by the check out counter, listed on the receipt and posted in the handout we give each customer on  the wearing schedule.

We are more than willing to look at the support to see if we can assist however we cannot offer a refund and the customer has had the support since 10/7/22

September 30, 2021 I purchased an arch support package from Good Feet Store in **********, **, cost $1249.00 Salesman did an imprint of my feet, no physical examination. Salesman informed me I had plantar fasciitis, and selected three sets of arch supports. I was told that I would get three calls in 18 days to check progress. I was informed of how to use the arch supports and told that it would be a process of adjustment and I could experience some discomfort as my feet adjust but to give it time. The salesman did make the three calls while I was working and left a message on my phone. There was no conversation or any appointments set up to check on progress. Initially I was excited about the possibility of relief for my feet. Impressed with the salesman I wrote a positive review. As days past and I gradually wore the various supports according to instruction my feet hurt more to the point of constant pain. I stopped wearing the supports just shy of two months and contacted the store I purchased the package from. Receptionist was quick to continually asking why I had not contacted the store earlier. She wanted me to return for a reassessment, informing me that each new pair of supports would cost $25 to replace. Instead of working with Good Feet I went to a podiatrist. Physical examination determined nerve problems in left foot, bursitis and plantar fibroma to right heel. Podiatrist told me not to wear the arch supports from Good Feet as they were too hard. A padded arch support with extra padding at heel was purchased from podiatrist. After a steroid injection to each foot I was given exercises and a follow-up appointment.I contacted Good Feet Store, got their answering service, left a message with information from my appointment and did not hear back.Good Feet salesmen are not trained for proper diagnosis. Their assessment and arch support package lead to a set back in my health and was an extremely financially costly experience.
