      I just wanted to take a moment and give credit where credit is due. I recently ordered a suburban SW6DE from United RV with all the trimmings. Not only did my order ship the same day, but when I got my order, it had been packed with such care and precision that I probably couldve dropped it off of a building and it wouldve survived, I come to find out that the person I need to thank for their attention to detail and professionalism is ***********************. That man is on his ********** I would love to be able to give this guy a 11 stars out of 10 but unfortunately the only option I have is 5. I hope that the power is it be receive this and would please take this man to lunch or give him a half-day off with pay or just pat him on the back and give them an old-fashioned atta boy. Again, I just want to make sure that credit is given where credit is due. Thank you very much for your hard work, *****. I look forward to doing more business with United RV, in the future, simply based on this one time experience.

      ********************* in their on-line parts department spent two days trying to track down door panels for my RV refrigerator. It came without panels and the manufacturer said they were no longer making them. But *** found some and made me a very happy customer! ********************** RV will be my first choice in the future.

      Have been using United RV for my business needs over all of 2023. Have always had great customer service, help when needed, and timely manner when shipping items to my business. I have also done numerous will-call orders and picked up straight from the warehouse. Any issues that arrived was informed to me within the first hour. Orders typically ready within 2-3 hours. Going to continue using United RV for my business needs.

      I ordered a ******************* Air Conditioner ****** BTU-White-*****-066 Item #**-0079 order #****** on October 20th.I paid an extra $99.00 for shipping insurance.The unit does not work. I called immediately to let UnitedRV.com know that the unit was not working. I spoke to *****, and she gave me a couple of service companies. Two of the three companies do not service the area in which the unit is located. The third company I called explained to me there will be $175.00 service charge and if parts need to be ordered then it will be an additional charge of $175.00.My wife (*****) then called UnitedRV.com and spoke with ****** and asked for help in getting the $175.00 waived or send us a new one and we will return the non working unit.****** was very nice, and he was very professional he explained that he is not authorized to do so. She asked for the maufactures phone number and was given a service number and received two more companies that were listed as doing service in our area however upon calling those two companies they do not.****** also explained that she would have to call back to talk to the manager ********.She called back and spoke to ********. Who was very polite and professional. He said that UnitedRV.com cannot take back the unit once it has been installed and that they have no way of waiving a charge and that the service company should not be charging us as the unit is under warranty ******** did say he would try and get a refund for shipping costs. I have not received a refund for shipping costs. As a consumer this is extremely poor customer service as I have a unit that arrived defective, Each and everyone who has tried to help along with the reader of this letter is also a consumer put yourself in my shoes what would you do? I need what I paid for a working unit! I have invested so much time to get what I paid for. UnitedRV.com should take ownership of this problem and fix it. I have run out of time and people to call.

      The consumer purchased an ******************* RV Air Conditioner ****** BTU-White-*****-066 Item #**-0079 order #****** on October 20th and paid $34.55 (not $99.00) for shipping insurance that protects the item against loss or physical damage in transit, while the product is in the care and custody of a 3rd party shipping provider, ***** in this case.    The shipment was delivered 10/26/23 at 9:32 AM.   The customers complaint has nothing to do with shipping damage, it is an installation issue and in no way is the shipping insurance for loss or damage involved with installation issues or manufacturer warranty concerns.

      2 weeks later after installation the customer reported a concern with the cooling capacity of the ** unit.   He was then advised correctly, per the ******* 2-year Manufacturers Warranty that starts on the date of purchase, and also according to our own return policy, that once an electronics or appliances are installed, they are fully covered by the manufacturers warranty and was referred to address the warranty concerns through the proper channel, which is through *******, the manufacturer of the Air Conditioner and under the terms of the Manufacturers Warranty.    United RV Center has no control over the manufacturers warranty or the process involved and United RV Center did not design, manufacturer or warranty the Air Conditioner, nor did our qualified, factory trained and certified technicians install it, nor did United RV Center cause the unit to fail.

      United RV Center does not cover any parts or labor costs, trip charges, service charges, etc associated with warranty service or repairs, during or after, the ******* manufacturers warranty period.    If properly addressed under the Terms and Conditions of the manufacturers warranty, there would be no charge to the consumer for failures covered under the ******* Manufacturers Warranty.

      I originally bought a direct exact replacement Roof AC from United RV and was happy with the sales person and left a review accordingly.Unfortunately the product failed after 6 weeks of operations. This where you determine the real value of your supplier, which they failed miserably. I tried to get help with warranty as they state it has 2 year warranty. However, United RV and ******* just pass it back and forth like a hot potato that nobody will actually address. Their only solution to get any warranty is to drive **** miles to United RV snd pay them $198/hr to decide if it should or can be be fixed. I accept it is likely a component and advised I am willing to do whatever test they want to verify which component failed. I deliberately did not delve into it prior to discussions as I did not want to void the warranty. They would not do anything other than tell me to drive over **** miles and to pay for assessments. The service from United RV is terrible and communications are very clear that warranty will still cost you more than the product is worth, making warranty ineffective and of zero value. I will not make another purchase of any kind with United RV. I do NOT recommend United RV or ******************* products. I will source better products from better vendors.

      As we discussed in great detail, you had the unit installed and working for well over a month prior to experiencing an issue with the ******* product.  I pointed you to the manufacturer for assistance under manufacturers warranty and even provided you with the contact information for *******, I provided you with a link to the ******* service provider locator to find an authorized ******* service center in your area and also provided you with the ******* owners manual for the ** you purchased which clearly states that the unit is fully covered by a manufacturers warranty starting on the date of purchase.

      I showed you that our return policy clearly states that once an appliance is installed any issues must be directed to the manufacturer of the product and we discussed that we are United RV Center, not *******, and that we do not provide a manufacturers warranty for ******* products, the Manufacturer, ******* does.

      You acknowledged that as a "certified boat mechanic" you are very familiar with manufacturers warranty and how they work, so you were very well aware that once you installed the ** yourself, rather than having a qualified HV** technician, authorized by the manufacturer to install their products, that you were responsible for the installation and any related concerns, especially since per your acknowledgement, the ** was installed and working fine for over 6 weeks after the date of purchase.

      You even referenced not letting the manufacturer know that you installed it yourself due to concerns they might void the manufacturers warranty since you were aware that they are supposed to be installed by a factory authorized technician.

      Our only solution we provided was NOT to drive to our shop to have the unit diagnosed by a qualified factory authorized technician, we offered you a number of solutions, all of which entail following the manufacturers warranty policy, which you were very clear with me that you refused to do, because it was an inconvenience on you.

      We did provide every resource and solution we have available to us, under the circumstances, considering the item was installed and working for a period of time and you refused every option and solution we offered, all of which was documented in text and is archived internally for posterity in case we need to reference back to it at a later date.   I personally spent the better part of an entire afternoon, speaking back and forth with you myself and you just refused to work with us and the manufacturer who warranties the products they offer.

      We did not build, design or manufacture the ** you purchased, our qualified service technicians did not install it and we also did not cause the electrical item to fail.    This was fully a manufacturers warranty concern and you did not want to follow their express policies regarding their manufacturers warranty process, which had you agreed to, ******* would have covered any defect in product or workmanship that was not due to an installation issue, and you would likely have already receive the replacement ** from ******* or they would have at least already have approved whatever repairs were needed, if any, with the ** unit that you installed yourself.

      I just want to give a shout out to UnitedRV.com and *********************** for their excellent customer service. I find them to be an excellent source for my RV supplies. I recently had a problem with an order and reached out and ****** immediately responded that he would personally take care of the problem that day. **************** seems to be in short supply nowadays but not at UnitedRV.com. I am a satisfied customer and will use again.
