I ordered custom saddle on Dec 21, 2023 pd deposit of $2845 on May 30, 2023 pd $3220. On May 31, 2023 pd balance of saddle $910. I have voice mail From ***************** in August stayed in the saddle hasnt even been started yet, but it will be done before fall. In October I spoke to **** again Saddle still not started ask for a refund have numerous emails, requesting my refund. On October 30 I received an email from ***** saying she would check on this and get back to me. I continue emailing and calling with no response until December. On December 4 ***** sent her apologies and said she would check over bookkeeper stating this shouldve been handled on December 6. She said she didnt have correct information that it would be taking care of that first part of next week and thanks for my patience I sent a follow-up email. ***** said she would check on the status having trouble with the credit card processing system. On December 19 ***** sent email saying they typically do not offer refunds on custom saddle orders so Im sure that confuse our office things have been crazy with upcoming holidays. She is working on getting this handled. I emailed on January 17 and 18th after the holidays asking about my refund with no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered a saddle in Feb of 2022 and paid a deposit of $2500, it was promised in Dec 2022. After multiple excuses it arrived in March of 2023. The saddle did not work for me and I returned it in April. I was promised a refund which still has not happened. I can not get a return call. I have received some response by email which promised a refund as well. However, I still have not received a refund or a return call. I have emails, text messages and receipts to verify all information.Business response

The customer received the ********************** in March, she never even put it on a horse or rode it. The saddle was returned to ** and she was refunded on 5/22/2023. We typically dont even offer refunds on custom orders so an exception was made in this case due to the delayed delivery.Business response

***************** was commissioned to make saddles for the Champions at the 2016 NCHA Summer ************ Our son won one of the saddles. I paid $1000.00 on July 27, 2016 to add customization to that saddle. After 2 years of no saddles being made by *****************, NCHA made a deal with a different saddle maker to fill the order for the winners. I spoke with ***************************** December 8, 2021 in person and he agreed to give me a refund of the $1000, since ***************** Saddlery did not fulfill the customization on the saddle, which they did not make. Following the in person conversation in December 2021, I did not receive a refund and made numerous phone calls to ************, none of which were answered, nor a return call received.
