***Potential customers beware*** This place is going to charge you without authorization, an astronomical amount!!!! They will unlawfully hold your equipment.....and then threaten to keep your equipment and file a false mechanics lien and charge you a daily storage fee to negotiate the terms. Do not use this shop for any reason, the ethics and practices are not that of a business with the intent to create longterm and loyal customers. Have you ever seen a shop flag 4.5 hours for a mechanic at $185 an hour to diagnose an issue with no repairs made? Plus the diagnostic fee of course...the conclusion being they found out your tail lights don't work and you need a new dipstick....that's right. All for the affordable price of $1157. When confronted about this charge, they play the blame game, ******** says it's the owner, office crew says it's the mechanic. What we do know is this type of business practice is unacceptable. My long term employee referred me here, saying this was a good shop. *** (No-E) the mechanic he referred me to called and stated he would like to earn my companies business. The rest of the communication went through said employee because they know each other. They gave a quote to replace a dipstick, one tire and the bulk head computer. This would be almost $7k, and none of the work they bid on had to do with the reason it was taken there, which was a VGT issue. I told them I was going to take it for a second opinion, expecting to pay a diagnostic fee......if you ****** that it averages 200 to 500 bucks. They evidently do a "3000 point" inspection to tell you what is wrong with your equipment, even though the problem was stated by the employee and not found. That's the reason for the hours they flag, which are almost dealership levels at this shop evidently. Avoid this place like the plague, they don't deserve to rip you off of your hard earned money.
