DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM WITH GOODLEAP TO HAVE A LOAN DEPOSITED IN THEIR ACCOUNT WITH SOLELY AN I PAD FORGING YOUR SIGNATURE. DO NOT FALL FOR IT I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SO MANY PEOPLE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT. PRIME EXAMPLE OF CROOKS GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER. *** KNOWS ABOUT IT ATTORNEY GENERAL KNOWS ABOUT IT THEYVE BEEN SUED SO MANY TIMES BUT THEYRE STILL ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE GIVE FALSE PROMISES JUST TO MAKE A SALE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE **** AND THEN DISCONNECT THEIR PHONES IVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER A YEAR TO REACH THEIR OFFICE PHONE CALLS NEVER RETURNED EMAIL NEVER RETURED MAYBE NOW ILL GET THEIR ATTENTION WITH THIS NICE REVIEW AND GET AT LEAST ACALL BACK

I wouldnt even give this company a star at all they lied to me about how much money Id be pay*** if I went solar . I havent saved anyth*** with the electricity bill and solar panel payments Ive been pay*** the same amount if not more weather I had solar panels or not the **** th***s dont work they referred me to a company that does the buy back on produced energy that hasnt been used also a crock of s*** . I got the solar panels in July of 2021 . I was only given a 1 yr warranty what type of s*** is that on someth*** I am pay*** for for the next 30 f *** years I want my money back and I want them to pay my bills be*** a s***le mother isnt easy and hav*** to pay for somethIng that Im not benefit*** from isnt someth*** Im to happy about either so Im told by my father that has had solar panels for quite some time now but lives in ******** were supposed to have 2 meters I only have 1 my dads electric bill is $10.00 a month Im pay*** over 200. Plus a month and in the winter time Im pay*** more I was told by ********************* who was my rep that I wouldnt be pay*** more than $30.00 dollars a month only 3 months out of this entire time I only had a $0.00 balance after that it skyrocketed to 5 and 6 hundred dollars so talk about false advertis*** even if it comes from there reps ****** its all a crock of s*** so unhappy with this company but Im stuck with there s*** . I need an explanation and I need a lot of money back on top of solar panels that should be work*** and more warranty time on there equipment. This company is so unprofessional its unbelievable

I have had the best experience here. I have had my solar since 2021 and it works perfect. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, also always willing to help. If you are looking to get solar, I highly recommend them.

Been with southern solar for the past 2 or 3 years hoping my solar credit will go up and light bill will be less but it is just a scam. Do not fall for them. Ive done try to get a reach of them for the past 2 years to see what is going on but they will hardly answer or say any excuse such as " its been cloudy" will not recommend and hopefully could get them to come out and remove their panels Does anyone have the same problem with them? And knows if they switch their company name to solatrue?

I just recieves. My january **** bill **************************************************************************************************************** no bill could even have credits built up for future payments I have had a bill every month no credits ever i am hopfull the panels pay for them selves somewhere in the future however my combined bill is just under 600 dollars for febuary **** buyer beware if you think your going to save money you are not might even cost you more than your light company would charge you
