These company will not answer the phone or call back when you leave a message or email, the sales guy disconnected his phone immediately after the system was put on my roof and the only person i could reach was the installer who now is apparently no longer working for them. I am starting to feel like they are running a scam and have no intention of backing up their warranty or even finishing the paperwork I need them to so my electric company will connect us to the grid. If I don't hear from them by next week I may see if the *** wants to figure out what is going on with this company and it's parent company Daybreak solar which I only found out was the actual company we were dealing with after the panels arrived.Review from Dr R

Horrible customer service. Once they sell you the equipment they dont explain how the system works. They will not answer your calls if there are problems with they system. ******************* gave me his number and said, call me any time you have a question that Doesn't get answered. He lied. He specifically said hed be there for final inspections, he was not. They left panel mounts on my roof, after they screwed them into the roof, with no panels on them. They said a roofer would come out to repair. Its been 4 weeks and no one has called me. I tried calling the company along with the owner, to get answered on the roof repair, they have blocked my number, every single time I call, it goes straight to voicemail or after the second ring, every single time I call. They are the same people who ran daybreak Solar. ******************* said they had nothing to do with daybreak, yet all the equipment and app say daybreak on them. I want my roof repaired, I want answers or I want them off my roof and holes repaired in accordance to licensed contractors standards.Review from Randall P

I purchase a 24kW system from Kineta Solar and it was a fantastic experience. The project management team was quick and thorough with all the paperwork pre and post install and the install team was very efficient and professional. My system since day 1 has been out performing itself and I am very happy to go from a $500 t0 $650 electric bill down to a $20 to $75. I am beyond pleased with my purchase and the customer service with both ********************** and the Enphase equipment team are always on point and helpful if I have a question. **** was absolutely wonderful in explaining everything. He is THE kind of salesman that I look for, and appreciate. No high pressure, and all cards on the table.When I get to where I can do this, I have saved his number, and I will be calling him to finalize it!The other solar businesses didnt even do a face to face, and were pressuring me for a sale over the phone. ******* was the rep that helped my brother get Solar last year. Ive known him for a while so I already trusted him, and his company did a great job. My brother saw his bill down to $8 after only a few months of being installed which surprised us, but we were happy! Highly recommended if youre looking for a good solar company.Review from Jeremy G

Hi have been working with **** at Kineta for a couple of weeks (I have known him for 10+ years) now as we determine if solar is right for us. He has been responsive, transparent and very good at answering all of my skeptical questions (he has been very patient). I have worked with several solar companies and so far it is a night and day difference. I never do anything quickly and **** really has been patient. I hope this review will help someone make a good choice!
