      I attempted to use TradeMore to sell my apple watch. I sent them a black apple watch 2nd generation. They emailed me saying I sent the wrong device. I assume maybe I had the wrong generation. They send me back my watch with a different band and did not return my band. Upon further research, it appears this business is running a scam where they tell you the device you sent is the wrong device , rescind their offer, and steal the band off the device and send you a completely different device with no explanation.

      On 11/28/22 I purchased a new phone from ******** They had a pro for trade in my iPhone 12 pro. I received my new pixel 7 pro and the trade in kit fory iPhone. I sent my iPhone 12 pro to ******* and it was received on 12/8/22 at ******* return center. The status of my trade in hasn't changed and it shows I haven't sent the phone back even though *** tracking number 1Z096V4Y0614708679 clearly shows it was delivered. I have reached out to ******* 4-5 times over the phone and sent support messages numerous times and received no help. I'm now showing my next bill to be over 200 dollars with charge backs to my account as if I never sent the phone to them. I don't know what else to do as I followed through with what I was supposed to do but now it's like I have ******* my iPhone 12 pro for free and nobody is helping me. I sent the executive relations a message with my issue and still nobody has reached out to me to help.

      I sent my iPhone to them in a return box that they sent me! While in shipping process the box/item was damaged! The only way of contact with these ppl is email and I have emailed to let them know since they sent me the box *** is sending them a claim check for MY PHONE!!! I want my money for my phone I have attached a photo colleague of website with order number pic of box that was shipped along with pic of my phone with iD # My phone was basically brand new iPhone 12 256gb over a $1000 phone
