I had paid for the extra warranty and have had the truck less than a week and basically the estimate he finally got an estimate it was roughly *********************************************************************** the garage has had over a month to comply call the garage in the managers will not call us that the service manager wont return a call and **** lame is a very lacks a daisy he supposed to get back with me this afternoon I sent him the estimate for the **** and its in another garage we just want them to covered under the warrantyInitial Complaint

I wanted to buy a certain truck. no interest, was quoted $60,000 for the truck which was in **********. I live in ********, ** I gave them $2,000 & Again $2000 to hold the truck and $16,000 for a total of $20,000. 2 times I sent via wire & one time through my debit card.I want a refund of $20,000 back to me. I did not get the truck.Initial Complaint

Went to buy me truck they sold me a 2021 and I went home with they texted the next day saying to bring truck back cause they need to match the vin and they took it from me remind u I already had signed contract then the said we got this 2020 to put me in that had ******* miles I'm like ok let try it so i took to ****** to get state inspection on it on my way back all ************* came on woildnt go o er 40mph all kind of codes came on so i took back Asap. I asked for my refund down payment of ****** they said they would process today but all I'm getting is the run around..The process was started on the 11/29 I did not get a truck till 12/16 I'm losing money and customers cause I'm a truck driver providing for my family. I need a truck to work. Now I need my down payment back so I can go else where.. please help me .Business response
