      ********, the manager at My Car Store on Camp Bowie is very unprofessional. I purchased my car 10/27/2023 and have yet to receive my license plates and registration. I have continued to get the runaround. I use my car for business and I am missing income with my business. She along with her co-workers continue to say the same thing about the **** It doesn't take *********************************** the ************** and now she says that I have to wait another *************************** monthly income however, they want their car payment on time although I keep getting the runaround about my license plates. This location also sold my God mother a car "knowing" the transmission was going out on her vehicle and will only fix it if she pays for it. I do not recommend My Car Store Establishment to anyone.

      Paid three thousand down for a car that didnt last a day. Never received a refund or replacement vehicle. Lost my job due to this as well.

      I bought my ****************** September. And about a month ago it started dying on me, while driving down the street or the highway. It could have gotten me killed a couple of times. Ive called My Car Store numerous times and none of them care and give me the run around. Ive had several mechanics look at it and are stumped but all of them agree its an electrical issue. When the last mechanic looked at it this past Saturday, the 31st, I called My Car Store again and was hung up on by ****.

      I paid **** down 2014 ****** 2 Day having the car a associate of mine stole the car.Called The Car Store to give police report and stolen info.They retrieved the car and told me it'll be $400 to pick it up.They refer me to pick Car up at The car Store on Alta mere I'd go there and they would say it's at The Car Store on Camp Bowie I go get it it they wouldn't give it to me even after Officer told Management to give it to me.THE Management told me no and said they didn't want to do anymore buisne@ with me and was keeping my **** and not returning the car.They **** I have to get a Layer to get my money back

      I bought a car from them December 29, 2021 the salesman was very good did everything he could to get us in the car on Friday, December 30 I called the salesman to tell him I had a problem with my car he said OK we will fix it hung up he would never let me ask when I could bring the car to get fixed paid **** down have a electrical short back up cameras upside down and my front Is popping very bad I need help somebody help. what to do for next step

      Buyer BEWARE!!! This company is a scam and have NO customer service skills what so ever!!!. They give you a car that is not worth the paper you wipe your behinds with. They are over priced and take advantage of people who need help. Bought a car two years go and engine went within a 3 months out and I still paid biweekly payments for the 7 months while it sat while we waited for help. They took the car in three times and I paid for a engine replacement and still car was not right. Each time they had the care for several days to weeks. Only able to drive the car for another month and now I am having to take it to a shop closer to home where they can fix it correctly after I already paid once and making payments on-time for two years. But don't forget to make you payments, I forgot my payment by one by a single day they call harassing's you like you are months pass. C*** car, broken down and in two year have less than 3 months of driving on a car that I have paid $6,460 today and still paying for. They keep taking your money, offer no help or do the job half way. Money hungry greed company that don't care for their customers!!! Worst company other. Recommendation got to MCMC or Drive time you will get more bang for your buck and a company will have cars that you can actually drive.

      I would not recommend them to anyone! My first warning sign I should have accepted was their sign showing the $1,000 down payment was nonrefundable. I was there last week (10/16/21), helped by Lafayette. The car I ended up getting was the black 2009 ****** Yaris. The mileage was at >196000 but I still took it because research shows it can last up to ******* miles. They told me the car was tested and everything was good, so I took the test drive. It worked, so I took the car. I noticed the windshield was already cracked, but most of their cars are "as is" so I ignored it. The lights worked, had good brakes, and the power windows/power locks worked.The transmission, I knew nothing about, nor was it mentioned. They also said the insurance was *** but you have to purchase third-party liability insurance, but the supervisor said the *** insurance is only for the vehicle, so it's not insurance, but it costs $48 plus whatever your monthly fee is. Well, my car lasted until Thursday, so almost 5 days before the transmission went out. As I was driving home from work on Thursday, I noticed that each time I pressed the brakes, the car would jerk. Then, when it had the vehicle accelerate again, the car would jerk again. I even had a few times where I had to press the gas a few times before it even moved. Finally, I made it to ********* to see if they could tell me what was going on. Their manager said the transmission was bad. He also suggested I call My Car Store since that was where I got the car from. I called and spoke to a female representative that said she would inform management about it and have the vehicle towed from ********* parking lot the following morning.Saturday, I contacted My Car Store to inquire about the car. They said they didn't know the whereabouts of the car, which showed a lack of communication there. When they found out the location of the car and keys, they offered to work on the car since I had only had it a few days. Next, I went to the office since they verified my claim and I was already out of the $1000 down payment. I was hoping they would offer a working vehicle or something but it was not mentioned. While talking to their representative in-person, I found out that the lady I originally spoke to was not someone of any power, just a person for promoting the company. First, the representative I was talking to offered to have the transmission fixed if I agreed to pay for it in segments, which I refused since I had only had the car for 5 days. Then, she offered it free. I just requested an end to the whole ordeal since I am too old to play games! The customer service is good but that is all I can say positively. Do not shop at My Car Store at **** Camp Bowie!
