Idk about all the other stores but the one in ****** Texas ***** !!! I took a 2017 ram and had them put tires and wheels on it , in the process they cut the wires on the trucks computer when they trimmed the fender walls. Then denied it. It cost me $2200 to get it fixed and the manager there said he would not pay it cause it was not them who did it ( even though the employee said it did it accidentally) well just a couple weeks ago they ordered more caps for the wheels I had cause two of them fell off ( $108.25 ) they told me 3-5 days ( two weeks later ) they keep saying theyre due for delivery every day I call and will not reimburse me because they say all sales are final( which I understand that if you receive the product) but I havent received anything and they wont give me money back... that store is trash !!! Worst company ever !!!! They did so many things to my tires scratched them all up struggled to put them on wasted my time waited hours for 5 men to put a tire on did a sloppy job just to send me to another Texas tire in ******** and for them to have me waiting from 10am to 5 am to try and fix the damage that ******* Texas tire caused just to end up dealing with the same thing and now a rim being scratched by ******** Texas tire ! Then they want me to pay 300 to get it fix the damage they did lol I think not idk but bad bad business if you ask me Im so upset right now because to them its nothing and here I am stuck with these tires and rims ! Bought an expensive 6 inch lift for my jeep. They put my tires on which made my jeep look higher and never even lifted it. I was scammed. The boy as the manager MO is childish and doesn't know hoe to handle important grown people problems. He scammed me into getting loan for the lift over 7grand. Took the money and didn't provide the lift. Thats the first of the problemsReview from Tammy B

Our vehicle was towed to Texas Tire so we did not have a choice on where to take it. Both dual wheels came off our pick up truck while traveling through **********. The wheels had just been put on all 4 tires just 4 days prior so we paid Texas Tire to not only replace the damaged tire and wheel but to also repair any additional resulting damage and to check all 6 tires on the truck. Total **** was in excess of $3300. We did not even make it home to ******** (less than 3 hours driving) before the dual wheels came off AGAIN! We contacted the manager of the store and they refused to take responsibility in fact he was quite rude. We are disputing all charges through our credit card company.Review from Robert W

Bought new tires and they bent 2 rims 22" halo,,went back up there and of course they deny it. Want to send everything to corporate which is a joke.Now have to spend **** on time very will go there again and highly recommend anybody to not shop here.its cheap at first then expensive when they get done.this place is no good.....Review from Co B

Came in with a center cap and came home without one. Call to ask what they can do to fix it and they said they could maybe send it to corporate and weeks later get approved or disapproved so Im out 80 bucks on a center cap. Never supporting another Texas tireReview from Julius K

Had an air suspension installed, gave them specific directions to put my coilovers that was on my car before hand in my truck when they were done. They ended up scrapping my 2 month old set of k-tuned coilovers. Been a month and still has not properly refunded me. Ive been calling every day, all I get is let me take ur number down and call you back or we dont know anything about it, the previous manager is the only one would know at this point Im looking into filing a lawsuit. I spent 2grand on the set they scrapped
