I was sold a 2 lift kit to be ordered for 350 along with the 1300 tires. I got the tires installed on Sunday 4-21-24 and was contacted by ****** on Monday and told they would only install a .75 lift kit. This is not was agreed upon and I was very rudely told to either have it installed and that was final unless I wanted to pay an additional 400 to get what was agreed uponInitial Complaint

Two weeks ago I purchased new tires for my 2022 F-350 and when they pulled my vehicle out tire weights to begin to fall off my truck , they placed eight weights on one single tire. They told me they were out of the ones my truck needed. I spoke to the manager and he was no help. I called the corporate office they were no help.I want my truck fixed correctly and fix the rims they scratched and damaged from placing so many weights on my rims . About a month ago I spent 800 plus on shocks I didn't even need and they put the wrong ones on....now my truck is bouncing ever where....they tried telling me it's cause I a have a small engine in a big truck....my truck did not bounce before ....Initial Complaint

I had a car accident and my wheels needed to be replaced so that I could drive my car. Texas Tires replaced all four wheels, and we discussed in detail the importance of safety within driving the car due to me driving my 16 month old around and having a 40 minute drive on the highway to work each day. I was promised that all would be taken care of and double checked. After two months of driving the car, my front passenger wheel kept losing air. I ended up going to Discount Tire to check what the issue was and come to find out, Texas Tires had DAMAGED my tire upon replacing the wheel and tried to use TAPE to cover up the damage. I was told by Discount Tire that I was bound to have a blowout at any minute, and they were glad I came in when I did. $150 later, I now have a new tire from a TRUSTED company (Discount Tire). I stopped at Texas Tires on my way home to show them the issue with the tire, and after asking for the manager 3 times I still did not get to speak to him. I had to speak to a "******" whom the next day claimed he was the manager (whom I spoke to the day prior and never once said he was any sort of management) who gave me a tire, but had no remorse for the terrible job done by staff members and potentially putting ********* child's life in danger. I will never trust this company again, and no one else should either. I honestly do not know if any other tires were damaged.. I guess only time will tell. They do not care about your well being, lie to you about the role they play at the business, and have "techs" who do not do an honest job.Initial Complaint

I purchased rims and tires on 02/17/2020 and also had a lift kit for the front installed after. The first set of tires that was placed on my vehicle was not rated for my truck. They installed new tires and I went to get them rotated today and was told they are not the correct tires for my 2019 Ram **** and nowhere where I live will rotate my tires. I spent a grand on the tires and they still rub when I turn and cannot get them rotated. Also, when I got my airbags installed, I was told they the air bags can handle my 13k pound trailer. The bags do not hold air at all. I have went back to Texas Tires 43 in ****** that is 90 min away and found out they are no longer open. I went back to them 5 months ago. I would like my refund for my tires. I no longer have the receipt for my air bags. Also they made modifications to my truck to stop the rubbing and cut into the frame of my truck.Initial Complaint

Got a lift installed through one of the many Texas Tire locations. Was sold a kit that could not be obtained. When i tried to cancel **** pushed that he had half of it and was invested. Sold me a Texas Tires lift kit. The lift was higher than what was asked for, incomplete, and had many issues i have been trying to work out with no resolve. First it was take it to Corsicana and they will finish it. They sold me on needing new rims, that was the reason for the wobble and bad ride. CallChad again and asked to speak to **** the *************** told me installed it and set up a meeting at another location. **** was not there, he was in ***** per ****. The truck was not leveled, not aligned and not complete. Hes had some of the guys make some adjustments do to the fact that the front right side was 2 higher than the left front and then found out it needed to be dropped more because the rear was 1.5 low compared to the front. I have asked several times to speak with someone in charge and have b
