On December 18, 2021, I was emailing the business (Mr. *************************** is the person's name at the company) to purchase a puppy. He told me to use Cash App to make the purchase; making 2 payments of $500 each. I sent the first $500 payment and when I tried to send the 2nd payment it wouldn't let me because I got an alert stating it might be a scam. However, the 1st $500 payment went through. I then told him I didn't want to continue with the purchase because that Cash App alert made me skeptical and I asked for a refund of my $500. He said "o.k." but has never refunded the money and I have texted him asking again for the money and has not done anything to repay it.Cash App transaction identifier number #BQ7WFJB on December 18, 2021.
