"www.usha-villagehn-laceiba.com is a fraudulent copy cat company. This site is set up like a real authentic website, but their product is fake. You can`t reach the company, yet they give out fraudulent numbers, fraudulent website product information and counterfeit fraudulent products. The website portrays themselves like they are the Families authentic ones and they are not. I ordered from this site on 7 / 12 / 2021 : I purchased $885.00 worth of their fraudulent herbs for my health, i was unaware at the time that they were not the real company with the correct product.The company sent me counterfeit products from an address that is not the Family. I called the *********** and gave them the tracking number of the product **** **** **** **** **** 62 and the address it came from ******************************************** . This package did not come from the address it was supposed to come from, also the product received was counterfeit. The labels on the products are all cheap office printout knockoffs. Some are dark, some are light, they just put fake labels on bottles in Spanish not English unprofessional. These people need to be STOPPED. They have a fake website up scamming people and are producing fraudulent products. i would like to have my money reimbursed. l am on a fixed budget, l have no room for fraud businesses that are set up on the internet web sites. The contact information provided on the site also leads nowhere the number listed will only continuously ring and then they will send a text message as a response.
