On May 3, 2024 my husband *************************** and I arrived to the Tristian Suite owned by Cozi Vacation Rentals. It was booked through Airbnb. When arriving I laid on the bed for 5 seconds before noticing multiple bugs jumping around. Its soon as I noticed I jumped off and took pictures and videos. We immediately called **** to discuss the issue and were told to send pictures and they would text us with a solution. After texting back and forth with Cozi Rentals we let them know we were not comfortable staying there and wanted a refund to find another place to stay. I already had bites on my body within those couple minutes. We were then told by ***** from Cozi to go ahead and cancel through the Airbnb app to start the refund process. Once we did that and talked to a rep from Airbnb we were informed that **** declined our request for refund saying they have a pest control company that makes sure there isnt any bugs. Even with proof of pictures and videos there has not been any resolution. We have not been refunded anything and Im literally still itchy from the bites.
