      For 1/25/22 "charge off account", basically they want to charge me for turning off my account. I already paid all services in full and to end the contract early, I paid the required $125 fee. They have in the past send invoices late for internet, and I would send payment and then they'd add in additional late fees. I would still pay regardless, but even after fully paying for all the service we've had for two years AND the cancelation fee of contract- Bee Creek still sent me an invoice recently and on top of it without notification beforehand sent it to collections. Their business is by far extremely unprofessional and not up to date with billing and makes things confusing and overall difficult to work with.

      Gentlemen:

      ******************* closed their accounts with Bee Creek Communications 12/03/2021. We sent her final statement of $266.88 and she paid $226.88 on 12/15/2022, inadvertently short paying us by $40.00. We mailed a statement for the balance to her address on file with no response. In January we mailed her the charge off letter, she finally responded by email 1/31/2022 questioning the statement. Our email response with explanation:

      "*******************.........When you paid the cancellation invoice# ****** on December 15, 2021 you short paid it by $40.00 the invoice was for $266.88 and you credit card payment was for $226.88 leaving the balance then with December and January month end it had 2$10.00 late fees added, thus making the $60.00 invoice you received.....l will gladly reverse the $20.00 in late fees if you want to pay online the $40.00. Please let me know.......All statements were mailed to the ** box you have on file.........December's statement notated the January process. Please let me know if you need more detail......Removing the Complaint would be greatly appreciated......As always, thank you so much..........KJ"

      ******************* paid the $40.00 2/10/2022, and we asked that she withdraw or close satisfactorily the BBB complaint.
