Good afternoon, In a nutshell. I cancelled my wine club membership and received a cancellation confirmation from ***************************** on November 22nd, and was charged again December 9th. This cancellation confirmation is well within the guidelines of cancelling 10 days before the next charge. Email to the vendor below:Please find the attached membership cancellation confirmation email from ***************************** dated November 22nd at 4:01 pm. I was charged $103.56 for the next membership on December 9th (attached snip). When I signed up with my group I was told I could cancel at any time. It took me 3 tries before I received the cancellation confirmation. The voicemail on the ************ line states it needs to be cancelled 10 days which is still well within' the November 22nd/December 9th. Please credit the $103.56 and confirm my membership is completely cancelled.Customer response
