I will not be using Dental Gallery services. The Dental Gallery front office canceled my first visit one day before I made arrangements to visit. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I waited more than one hour to see the doctor. The 7-page paperwork to see the doctor was redundant. I entered my name and address four times and my email address three times. Also, a request for my SS# and DL# seemed to be an unnecessary invasion of my personal identity. The nurse asked me to lie back. I explained that I have five fused vertebrae and that my neck had little mobility. She then asked me again to put my head back. I reiterated I had little mobility in my neck. She then proceeded inappropriately to press my forehead back toward the headrest. Neither my head nor the headrest moved. She clearly didn't listen to me or didn't believe me. Dr. Behnaz Saeedi was condescending, uncaring, and unsupportive in demeanor. The cultural differences between the doctor, his staff, and me are too desperate to resolve. I won't recommend Dental Gallery. Personally, I wouldn't use them to do my nails.

I scheduled my appointment with Dental Gallery on 5/08, for a cleaning and sensitivity to my teeth. On the day of my appointment 5/17, I was contacted by Patty that the dentist had an emergency and didn't want me waiting for over two hours. I stated that I understood and if she could schedule me for the afternoon. She stated she would have to reschedule my appointment to 5/19 because the afternoon was booked. I told her I would be out of town and she said to contact them on my return to reschedule. After hanging up, I realized that they still had afternoon appointments so why not move me. I called back and Pooman answered and I asked why I couldn't be seen in the afternoon. She rudely stated the doctor was currently in an emergency surgery and she was busy cancelling appointments. I told her that Patty stated he was booked in the afternoon. Told her I cancelled my other dental appointment to be seen by her dentist. Every time I attempted to speak Pooman would rudely interrupt me and even spoke louder. In the end, she said you can speak to Patty and left me on the phone. Again, Patty stated that due to the dentist having an earlier morning surgery, they had to push back the afternoon appointments and couldn't see me. I asked to speak to her manager and she said Liz would come in at 2. After hanging up, Patty returned my call and stated that the dentist heard I was upset and would work me in on his lunch time 1-2pm before his afternoon appointments and I accepted. I called back to confirm I would also be seen by hygienist for cleaning and she said no, that they don't clean teeth on 1st visit. I stated that I specifically booked for that reason and she confirmed she saw the notes. However, the law doesn't state they had to clean them. Furthermore, as I was stating this was unprofessional she rudely interrupted me and lied that they cancelled all appointments. At that point I had enough and advised her that I would be submitting a complaint.
