  9/23 arrived at Friendswood loc to discuss 6wk enrollment. I signed up and issued my cc. The next morning prior to orientation I showed up and requested a cancellation. After reading I should consult my Dr., and I was just second guessing plan for me. This was less than 24 hours but they informed me that I could not cancel and that if I did they would only give me $300 of $600 back. This is after she left and was on the phone with someone for a bit. I explained that I had not received any meal plans or even a tour of the facility I was literally signed up for two of the opening hours. I asked if there was a billing person I could speak to. They gave me an email for “Friendswood”general but to address to Linda ****** So I sent Linda ***** an email six times did not get a response until I posted a complaint on ****** & their ******** page! To be fair they did say to allow 3 days for a response She then responded via email with a questionnaire for me to fill out. With questions like “are you aware you will not receive a refund if you attended any classes” which I did not!! One of the questions was about the classes (that I nvr attended) but did not have a NA option not was it allowing me to submit the form without answering a class question. I submitted then followed up w an email Linda *****, letting her know that issue. I still haven’t heard anything back at all & I I’ve messaged them an additional four times. It’s been at least 2 weeks and no response. There is no phone number to call for billing department. This is not a way to conduct business

  The advertisement for this program makes it look like their 6 week program is free but that is contingent on you losing 25lbs or 6% body fat. I have always struggled with losing weight and fat so that was not my goal in doing the challenge I just wanted to give myself the push I needed to become more active. Before the orientation I had no idea there was going to be a $600 deposit but once I was there they began to coherence me into signing up despite sharing my weight loss issues I did not have the full 600 then and nor do I have it now so they have been charging my card 200 every 2 weeks since September 03 2022 They have changed the name of where they are charging from twice It was Fit Theorem now its I love Kick Boxing and I have not received any communication back from their billing department since September 09 2022 besides for the automated response and I fear this is all a scam.

  I saw their ad on a free 6 challenge they had on social media and went to the gym for orientation. I was told I had to make an accountability deposit of 600 dollars which will be refunded back to me once the challenge ends. I was told to show up in class 3 times a week and was given the goal in writing. The challenge ended but they are refusing to refund my money back. I have tried to reach out to them but was not contacted by upper management. Can provide pictures if needed.
