    I have been a patient with Texas Behavioral in Pearland since I was 16-17yrs old when I left the hospital in Bellaire. I am now 24 yrs old & never have I ever experienced an awful visit until today. I personally dislike virtual calls because it makes me feel like I’m being watched or recorded & so I feel uncomfortable & unsafe. As a paying patient that’s seeking help & guidance at a place that’s supposed to help others & get their lives back on track, I expected the employees to be more helpful & professional. Instead I got a frustrated front desk employee going back & forth with me & having so much attitude. Of course if someone is piling their ** on me, I’m going to get frustrated as well. I called 2 DAYS IN A ROW to confirm my appointment as an in office appointment & both times I got told it was a for sure in office appointment. When I get there my whole appointment is as changed to virtual & I was super upset that no one contacted me 24hrs before to let me know that way I had the time to reschedule especially since I paid for my service in advanced!! VERY POOR COMMUNICATION & DISORGANIZED OFFICE. I wish Dr. **** & his partners never left. I had never had a bad experience until today May 24th.
